From the moment we started, it was clear he wasn’t just a guide—he’s a true expert who’s passionate about the history and culture of this incredible place. Joel brought the ruins to life with his stories and knowledge, pointing out details we never would’ve noticed on our own. He made sure we saw everything at the best times, avoided the biggest crowds, and kept the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. On top of that, he was super friendly, patient, and happy to answer all of our questions. If you want to truly appreciate Machu Picchu, Joel is the guide to have, wouldn’t do it again without him.

5.00Edgar, our tour guide, was very friendly - met us at our train station (even though the train was late) just to give us a preview of the tour day. He was knowledgeable and humorous too. We had such a great time (also - he’s a great photographer too). Highly recommend!
