  The guide and driver were both very flexible. We made small changes to our itinerary, and the guide listened to us carefully and adjusted everything smoothly. We had such a wonderful and satisfying time.

  The whole trip was pure sightseeing with no shopping stops - we loved it. On our last day, we asked the driver and guide to take us to a local budget market. We bought many good-quality, affordable items. The guide helped translate and even bargained for us. It was wonderful.

  We traveled with an 80-year-old elder and an 11-year-old child. I was worried it would be tiring and difficult to take care of them, but the guide Vivian was amazing - she even helped look after the elderly and the kid. She was so thoughtful and capable! This trip to China was totally worth it.

  The hotel was clean, and the front desk spoke English. The room had everything we needed: slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, bottled water and more. For a 4-diamond hotel, it offered much better value and facilities than hotels back home. The price was really great value for money.

  Sophia, our travel planner, was absolutely fantastic. She provided detailed and thoughtful service the whole time. I felt bad distrubing her many times, but she always answered my questions patiently and revised the intinerary for us. She even stayed online to assist us during our entire trip in China.
