Please note that the last entry to the mosque is at 3:00 PM. After that time, it can only be viewed from the outside.

5.00This is highly recommended tour when one visits Casablanca. Our tour guide, Khiar is knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He is patient and responsible. Thanks a lot to him, will tell other people to have him has a tour guide. No dull moments with him.

5.00Our driver and guide Moaub was excellent. The Hassan 11 mosque was quite spectacular, and the souk in the old town an experience, we could have spent far longer there had we had time.

3.00The guide was lazy and was never out of the bus. He spoke like a waterfall and preferred to listen only to himself. Plus, he skipps a few program points without explanation.

5.00I saw a lot of beautiful and interesting places with our guide Majid and driver Youssef on this tour. Majid has a lot of knowledge on everything in Casablanca and its history and I would absolutely recommend going with him and I would enjoy a tour with him again.

5.00The driver of the shuttle and the guy who accompanied him were great. The van was comfortable and they took us to all the highlights of Casablanca. The guide had been doing this job for 40 years. He was amazing.

1.00What an appalling waste of time. Arrived at meeting point and found representatives tour company hidden under tree with soaking wet guest list. We were shown to a nice looking minibus where we sat for approx 30 minutes. When we finally started moving there was no English speaking guide on board only the driver who did not speak English. We stopped by Rick's Cafe for about 15 seconds and then proceeded to Grand Mosque. Still looked OK at this point, lot of traffic at drop off area, but as all other buses disappeared we we left in middle of road still on bus for about 20 minutes. Driver had disappeared and nobody on bus has a clue what was going on. Eventually driver came back and opened the locked door on bus so we could get some air. Everybody then split in their different directions as there was no representative to tell us what was happening. After 30 minutes the chap that showed us to minibus turned up and we thought he was the guide (unfortunately he wasn't) He had no idea what was going on and did not understand customers concerns. He kept trying to tell us we could get in Mosque at 12pm but this would have been too late as we would not have had enough time to do the rest of things on the tour we paid for. After another 30 minutes of confusion, myself and another few guests gave up and demanded we were taken back to initial meeting point. There were 9 items on the list of things to do, we got to see the outside of only 1. I will be seeking a full refund from Viator. This was not Viators fault but rather their agency in Casablanca.
