No strangers will be part of the group, only you and whoever is travelling with you. In two hours you will visit the most important artifacts and lesser know objects. In this private tour you will be able to learn about many different civilizations in the humanity's history at your own pace, without having to follow a large group. The guide will be friendly, professional and will customize the tour according to the group needs, for example in case of couples or families with kids adapting the approach. The British Museum is huge but in 2 hours you will have an overview of the most significant objects like, but not limited to, the Rosetta Stone, Ramses II, Double headed serpent, Parthenon Marbles, the Moai from Easter Island, Lewis Chessmen, the Waddesdon Bequest and the Assyrian Lamassu.

I will meet you at Montague Pl, the north entrance of the museum. We will then enter and I will guide you for the next two hours around the museum where I will show the most important artifacts.

We had an incredible experience exploring London with Jeremy as our tour guide! He was absolutely fantastic—extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely fun to be around. Jeremy did an amazing job keeping our entire family interested, blending London’s rich history with a modern and entertaining twist that made everything come alive. What really stood out was how personable and passionate he is as a guide. He made the tour feel special and interactive rather than just informational. If you’re looking for a great tour guide in London, I can’t recommend Jeremy enough—he truly made our visit unforgettable!

Elizabette was great! Very funny and informative. She navigated us through the museum and crowds with ease. Her narrative was very educational and easy to follow. She even took the time to try and keep my very tired and uninterested nine year old involved. I would definitely recommend this tour and Elizabette as your guide.

Our guide was wonderful. We were traveling with two children ages 5 and 7. She connected with them and kept them interested and engaged for over two hours and my wife and I learned a number of new facts even though we had just had a tour of the British Museum last November. Highly recommended!

Damiano was an outstanding guide and was able to cover a lot of the key pieces in detail in a relatively short period of time. I would recommend him highly. Not only is he very knowledgeable, he also extremely personable and very easy to like.

Our guide was amazing. So much to see he was able to narrow down our visit to allow us to enjoy the museum and information. His passion and abundance of knowledge as well as ability to tell a story make this one of my favorite experiences. We added this last minute and couldn’t have been happier.

Wow!! What an amazing experience. To have a private guided tour pretty much tailored to what we wanted to see was the best decision. We had our two children with us (age 10 & 12) and our guide Damiano just made everything so easy and fun to understand for them and the tour was just the right length of time. Would 100% recommend.

We were able to squeeze a couple of hours in at the British Museum on our first day in London, with Damiano our guide. We had a wonderful time!! He was incredibly knowledgeable and detailed, and very patient with our many questions. And a reminder to always book a great guide for stops like the British Museum: we may have walked right by the Reading Room off the main hall, but Damiano took us there first - a place Ghandi, Karl Marx, Virginia Wolf and scores of others spent time in over the decades. It was fascinating. We had a great time and wish we could have spent a few more hours in the Museum! Our thanks to Damiano for his terrific work and getting our mini vacation off to such a fun start.
