He shared fascinating facts about these incredible animals and answered all of our questions with patience and detail. Wells went above and beyond to ensure we had the best views and photo opportunities while respecting the pandas’ natural environment. His genuine passion for wildlife and conservation really shone through, making the tour both fun and educational. 5.0My guide (Wells) arrived to pick me up in time & spoke impeccable English. He was friendly & conversational throughout the morning & gave lots of background information about the pandas. Overall a great experience with a really good tour guide.

5.0This was a nice way to get up close and see the giant pandas. Recommend going early and during the cooler weather (November), we found the pandas to be very active. Our guide, Wells, was informative and helpful and we enjoyed our tour. Many thanks 🙏
