We are parmesans who are wildly passionate about all the delicious food found around this world famous and historical town. During this walking tour you will experience parmesan lifestyle, visiting the places frequented by locals and immersing yourself in the street life. Booking this tour, you will experience our passion by eating traditional Parmesan and Italian food! You will discover the secrets of the worldwide famous products of this area and taste them: Parmigiano Reggiano, Parma Ham, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Culatello of Zibello, Lambrusco and Gelato. These are just some of the protagonists of this exciting walk! Option 1 is all inclusive. Option 2 doesn’t include tasting. You choose your own food and pay for it directly. There is no requirement to buy any of the food recommended, though our tour stops at some pretty amazing eateries so it can be hard to resist!

Munching our way through Parma was a wonderful experience. Roberta was filled with lots of history of the area and a detailed knowledge of the tasty products we ate. We learned and ate a lot! I highly recommend this tour especially if you don’t have the time to visit the producers that are in the countryside.
A fantastic food tour and guide that filled our stomachs and hearts!

Our guide, Guilia, was very friendly, knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and obviously passionate about her city, culture, language and the people of Parma. She connected with us right away due to a coincidental shared history and made our time her a wonderful experience. The tour was well organized and involved fantastic food, wine, gelato, and an opportunity to learn about the standards associated with parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar and Parma meat production. We recommend this experience and Guilia enthusiastically. A don't-miss while you are in Parma!

What a wonderful experience! Michelle was knowledgeable with interesting stories about the history of Parma and the food. This was our first walking tour and we will do it again. The private tour was the way to go because it felt like a conversation.
