What To Expect

Prior to your collections you will be emailed or receive an SMS providing you with your driver's details and vehicle details. You can also download the Cab My Ride app where you'd be able to track your driver too. Airport Collections: Your driver will meet you inside the Airport Terminal upon arrival. All drivers will have a name board and are fully uniformed in Cab My Ride Business Dress. Hotel Collections: Your driver will meet you in the lobby of the hotel. All drivers will have a name board and are fully uniformed in Cab My Ride Business Dress, we would request you provide us with your room number before the collection as the receptionist may contact you once we've arrived. Cruise Terminal Collections: Your driver will meet you at arrivals. All drivers will have a name board and are fully uniformed in Cab My Ride Business Dress. We recommend that you contact us on the day of your collection to specify what time you'd like the driver to arrive if you've not already been given a slot on board.

I told you we had at least 4 suitcases and you sent such small cars that our luggage didn’t fit comfortably. The trip from London to Southampton was late as we found out a driver quit but no one contacted us to say they would be late. The driver was great once he arrived. Then the same problem happened when we went from Southampton back to London. The car you sent was so small that I now have a dent in my suitcase. The driver apologized and both drivers were great but we won’t be using your transportation again since you didn’t accommodate us

The driver was at the airport waiting on us when we arrived even though our flight was almost an hour late. He was very pleasant and polite and got us to our hotel safely. We would use him again.

Even though flight delayed for 3 hours, the company tracked the flight and was there when flight finally arrived. Shaun was great.
