5.00As this was our first time to Hong Kong, we wanted to see as much as we could in the couple of days we were there. As soon as we made the booking Hans reached out to us with a comprehensive example itinerary that we could choose from. We ended up leaving it to Hans to decide what would be best for us on our guided tour. We could not have been happier with our tour. We got to experience so much of Hong Kong that I know we would not have if it wasn't for Hans. He is a true gentleman and his knowledge and experience of Hong Kong was exceptional. Thankyou Hans! 5.00We loved our tour of Hong Kong with Robert. Communication was very good throughout the process of planning and personalizing the tour. Robert created a tour that was exactly what we wanted and more. Robert clearly knows and loves this city. Robert went above and beyond to recommend a restaurant for Dim Sum, made a reservation for us, and planned the tour to end there. It was the perfect ending to an outstanding day in Hong Kong. Highly recommend!

3.00The weather was cloudy, windy and drizzly but we were still able to enjoy the venues we had agreed to see in advance. The guide navigated us through the complex public transportation systems. It’s been amazing to us how clean the metro/subways/trains and buses are. Our guide was the weakest of all of the many we have had.

5.00We had a wonderful experience with this booking! Our time was fairly limited, as we were in for work, and we went ahead and booked 4 hours. Hans, our guide, was excellent. He was very communicative, helpful, and flexible prior to our tour. You get a questionnaire to assess your interests, which I thought was really nice, without having to do a ton of research. During our private/customized tour, he matched our vibe (while he was willing to cram as much as we wanted in, we told him we wanted to be fairly relaxed and he was respectful of that). We saw so many little things that we never would have on our own. We covered a lot of ground in a short amount of time and learned a lot about city history, culture, etc. Highly recommend this experience!
