  We had an amazing experience with the Private Island Tour in Sint Maarten after arriving from the ferry from Anguilla. Since we had just arrived in SXM and wanted to organize something quickly for the following day, we contacted the company in advance to check availability. After receiving confirmation, we booked and everything went perfectly. We provided our ferry arrival time as well as our departure schedule from Sint Maarten, which made the pickup and overall organization incredibly smooth and stress-free. Everything was perfectly coordinated from start to finish. Our private guide was punctual, professional, friendly, and very attentive, making this experience even more special. We truly felt taken care of from beginning to end, and the tour felt personalized and enjoyable. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and the team was very easy to reach via WhatsApp, which was reassuring and extremely convenient during our stay. They were absolutely fantastic, and next time we return to SXM, we will definitely book our stay and experiences with them again. Highly recommended!!!!

  My husband and I really enjoyed the tour Maria was a phenomenal guide. She really tailored the tour to our needsv and was super accommodating to fit us into the packed schedule. I enjoyed learning all about Sint Maarten and this tour was the perfect way to balance out our trip. Would highly recommend! Make sure to ask for Maria if she’s available.

  Maria was wonderful! She brought us to many interesting places. She is a fount of information about the island and its culture. We especially enjoyed learning about the local cuisine and way of life. Maria is also fun to talk with. The time flew by. I highly recommend touring with her.

  We had a wonderful island tour with Maria last week. She showed us around both sides of the island, suggested places to stop, and gave us the option to pass on things we didn’t want to see/do. The tour was well planned, customizable, and so interesting! We learned a lot about St. Maarten’s history, people, and agriculture, and got to visit all the hot spots. And Maria is a rockstar - she’s knowledgable and can answer all your questions, she's super personable, and made us feel welcome from the start. We had a really great day!   This was an excellent tour around the island with Maria. She is very knowledgeable and always gave us options of what we like to see and do. She brought us to beautiful spots for photos and we learned so much about St. Maarten.

  What a rewarding day! We discovered the hidden treasures of Saint Martin with our guide Maria. She was very attentive to our needs, offered us various choices and taught us lots of interesting information about the Island. We leave with a heart full of joy and memorable memories. I will recommend the experience to my friends and family. Thank you!

• Poor communication and scheduling

  We booked this excursion via phone through Viator the day before and received a confirmation via email that we were booked for the following day at 10am. We took a ferry $30 per person to the destination. On arrival I called the tour operator and was informed they had cancelled the tour via a WhatsApp message the night before because they no longer had availability. This left us stuck with no tour for our day trip. Terrible service, especially considering their cancellation policy refuses to refund the customer less than 24 hours in advance...it doesn't seem to work both ways. Communication needed to be via phone call, text, or email. I did get a refund but it doesn't excuse the poor service, Communication, and planning from the tour operator.
