Grand Egyptian Museum
Egypt Tailor Made tour guide will meet and transfer you from hotel to The Grand Egyptian Museum which is the largest archaeological museum in the world . The GEM was first announced in 1992 and will be Inaugurated 2021. The structure takes the shape of a chamfered triangular , located 2 kilometres west of Giza pyramids . The Grand Egyptian Museum houses the collection of Tutankhamen relics displayed in the exact order that Carter came across them in the tomb.

Then you will go to Giza Plateau to visit the impressive 3 Pyramids of Kings Cheops, Chephren, and Menkaure which are guarded by the rock-cut statue (The Sphinx). The Great Pyramid of King Cheops is the only wonder of the seven wonders of the ancient world that is still standing today, although it is 2,000 years older than any other wonder on the list . After that you will be picked back accompanied by Egypt Tailor Made tour guide and driver towards your hotel.

5.00Egypt Tailor Made organized a week long tour with guides and drivers. Sabry, our guide in Giza, was with us for 2 days and was one of the best guides we’ve had and we travel a lot.

5.00My wife and I went on a whole day private tour with Mrs Heba (and Driver) It was about 100 US$. Mrs Heba was very good with excellent Knowledge and was very pleasant and friendly. She helped us get the tickets for the GEM and was fluent in English. The tickets to the sites were not included and the lunch was eaten in the back of the car. This suited us as we didn't waste an hour in a restaurant! Retired English Couple.

5.00We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids; it was a great experience, Mr. Othman was very knowledgeable and kind to the children. Visit included the old Museum, the new Museum, Pyramids, Sphinx, Bazaar and a few shops along the way.

5.00We were delighted with the tour primarily because our guide Sabry and driver Mohammed could not have been better. Sabry is a highly knowledgeable Egyptologist with a wonderfully enthusiastic and relatable manner. He went out of his way to accommodate our requests and knew everybody and everything at the sites. He is also an excellent photographer, picking out the best spots and taking our pictures and videos much better than I could have done. Could not have been more pleased with the experience. We had a second tour with the same team the next day which was also fantastic. The agency was also professional and fast in communication at the time of booking (we corresponded with Walid). Would highly recommend.

5.00I had a fantastic day visiting the Pyramids and GEM with Sabry. Arranging the tour with Tailor Made was super-smooth. They were very responsive and flexible in accommodating changes to make my tour truly "tailor made". Sabry's explanations were clear and thorough. Thumbs up to Mustapha for the smooth driving as well!

5.00We spent three days in Cairo with Egypt Tailor Made, and our guide Sabry was absolutely brilliant. We did a night tour of Cairo, saw the pyramids and GEM museum, and went on a desert safari and trip to Fayoum. Sabry was everything you’d want in a guide—super knowledgeable, great with the kids, and just genuinely fun to be around. He had loads of energy, was really patient, answered all our questions (even the random ones), and gave us some really useful tips for the rest of our time in the city. He also took some amazing photos and videos for us, which was a bonus. Would 100% recommend Sabry and Egypt Tailor Made – no hesitation. 5*!

5.00Fantastic 2 day tour with Egypt Tailormade, our guide Mrs Simon was very considerate, knowledgeable & gave excellent advice on locations for great views & photos. Mrs Simon's local knowledge was invaluable in creating the richness of our trip experience. We visited the Giza plateau and followed this by our trip to the fantastic Great Egyptian Museum. The structure, location & artifacts were stunning. The exhibition halls were stacked with so many colours & beautiful ancient treasures. The next day we visited Saqqara & Memphis. We marvelled at the engineering precision of the Serapum bull granite sarcophagus. Mrs Simon looked after us so well, along with our car driver who took great care in our comfort & safety. ETM went into great detail to hone our trip itinerary by email before we arrived in Egypt and were very patient and considerate in their responses. We were totally satisfied with the trip and felt very safe during our visit. Thank you so much Egypt Tailor Made & Mrs Simon for your diligence and attention to detail. Well done. I would highly recommend a trip with them.

5.00I have used this company before and received excellent service . Therefore when I was planning my two day stopover to Cairo I immediately emailed Egypt tailor made holidays and got reply back with suggestions for the tour . They created a WhatsApp group to assist me in every turn . Sabry was very accomplished and professional tour guide . His knowledge was impressive and he made sure that I saw everything. I was just as impressed as I was last time when I visited . Wholeheartedly recommend this company !
