Swayambhunath Stupa, also called Monkey Temple, is a very old and sacred religious monument in the Kathmandu Valley. Perched on a hill, it offers breathtaking views of the city and mountains. The white dome and golden finial of the stupa, which is decorated with Buddha's all-knowing eyes, symbolize wisdom and compassion. A UNESCO World Heritage property, it is sacred to both Buddhists and Hindus and symbolizes the coexistence between the two faiths.
Patan Durbar Square
Patan Durbar Square in the heart of Lalitpur (Patan) is Nepal's finest cultural and historical complex. The durbar was once the palace of the Malla monarchs, and it boasts exquisite Newar architecture in its intricately carved wooden windows, doors, and pagoda style temples. The square encompasses several significant monuments, including the Krishna Mandir, Bhimsen Temple. Ram was very respectful and sensitive when explaining Hindu traditions and customs, which helped us feel comfortable and gain a deeper understanding of the local culture. 5.00Ram was an excellent tour guide, explaining Nepali history, culture and current events while driving to the sites. He answered all of our questions. He talked about the sites and their history while we were there, too. I feel like I learned a lot in one day.

5.00Lovely day, Ram took us to the four UNESCO heritage sites in Kathmandu. He was very knowledgeable on all the sites we visited. We were very comfortable talking with him and were able to ask Ram lots of questions. The car was a roomy EV and our driver was experienced navigating the chaotic traffic. Definitely recommend a tour with Ram. 5 stars

5.00I had an amazing tour with Ram! He has a great knowledge about Nepalese history, culture and traditions and gave me many interesting facts about the sights we visited. And on top, he is very kind and respectful and speaks perfect English. Having a personal driver in an airconditioned car waiting for us at every stop made the experience even nicer. I can 100% recommend this tour!

5.00Ram picked me up at my hotel and told me the order of the four sites we would be visiting. At each site, he gave history and explained in more than sufficient detail everything we were viewing. He had answers to all of my questions, making me want to learn more. We had a driver, making it easy to get close to the entrances for drop off and pick up. We chose to have lunch last, which was very enjoyable for recap and just for a nice visit at the end of the tour. Ram is kind, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for any tour he is offering.

5.00Our tour guide ram is very knowledgeable. He has a lot of cultural knowledge, and he explain items very well. One of the most unique thing about Ram is he is the best photographer I’ve ever seen. I think he can start a wedding photography company. Moreover, the Tour self is very unique. It has a lot of unique culture and story. Definitely worth it. The guide would arrange everything. And you can even ask him about your trip in the next few days.
