  I summited Kili third week in September 2025 with team at Nafika Tours on a 7 day Lemosho route. I started researching local companies in the summer. The founder and owner Elias was polite and great to work with. His timely responses and guidance over email and being available for phone calls was greatly appreciated. He arranged for a driver to pickup at airport and made reservations at the hotel of my choice. The afternoon before the trek, he personally came to visit me at the hotel with the lead guide. He assembled a great experienced team. Elias was also present at the certificate ceremony. I highly recommend Nafika Tours.

  We completed four trips with the Nafika tours: a safari, a trip to waterfalls, a climb on Mt. Meru and a climb on Kilimanjaro. Taking part in the Kilimanjaro expedition was one of the best experiences of my life. The entire trip was extremely well organized – from the first contact all the way to the safe return down. The guides were amazing: professional, patient, and encouraging, with detailed knowledge of the route and local conditions. Each day they explained what to expect, monitored our acclimatization, and made safety their priority. The camp accommodation was surprisingly comfortable, the food was excellent, and the porter team worked with incredible dedication. The pace was set just right – “pole pole” 🥾 Summit day was challenging, but with the team’s support and the great atmosphere, it became an unforgettable moment. I highly recommend these expeditions with Nafika tours to anyone looking for adventure, beautiful views, and a strong sense of personal achievement.   We completed four programs with the Nafika agency: 1) a safari, 2) trip to the waterfalls with a coffee tasting, 3) climb on Mt. Meru including acclimation hike to Little Meru 4) 7days climb on Kilimanjaro via Lemosho. Thanks to the whole team, friendly, supportive atmosphere their care, knowledges and professionalism we managed to reach both summits. Other Pluses: - we appreciated individual approach of Elias (CO of Nafika) to us as a clients, - everything we arranged with Elias was followed through exactly as agreed, - everything went smoothly and on time - tents of Nafika were larger than those of other groups in the camps, - services were more extensive than those of other agencies, -the overall service exceeded our expectations and the level of European standards. I would like to highlight our amazing cook chef, who despite our very strict diet (due to a food allergy) managed to literally conjure up a variety of delicious meals. We also thank the porters and especially our guide, Innocent, who fully adapted to our pace and even our need to listen to music. We felt very good with him during both climbs.

  An unforgettable experience, one that will remain in your heart forever. In six days on Kilimanjaro, I experienced a journey that went far beyond just climbing to a peak: it was a challenge with myself, a constant amazement at the force of nature and an incredible inner discovery. Every day was unique: from lunar landscapes to misty forests, from fiery sunsets to nights under a starry sky. The team of guides and porters was amazing — professional, kind and always ready to encourage with a smile. Thanks to them I felt confident, motivated and part of something really big. The arrival at the summit, at Uhuru Peak, at 5,895 meters, was magical: a mixture of tears, joy and pride that cannot be described in words. Watching the sun rise above the clouds and knowing you are on the roof of Africa is an emotion that I will carry with me forever.   If I could I would rate Nafika Tours 7 out of 5. We joined a group climb to Kilimanjaro via 7 day Lemosho route and it was a fantastic experience! Our guides Innocent, Max and August were always very kind, knowledgeable and attentive. They cheered us on when we needed it, made sure we were always safe on our hikes, took our photos on summit night when we weren't able to, helped us to eat and drink on summit night and they were fun to be around. In my opinion they did so much more than what I could have expected or asked for and I am extremely grateful for this! Without them the summit would not have been possible for all of us and I definiteley wouldn't have had this great experience I had. Our chef Priver (and also Alphan) did some awesome cooking on the mountain. The food was always plenty, fresh and delicious and met my dietary restriction. Saïd found the perfect camping spots at each Camp site and our tents and some hot tea were always waiting for us when we got there. The team of porters (or super humans) was great, cheerful and very friendly. They also hiked up to look after us when we descended from the summit. The contact to Nafika Tours with Elias was always easy, quick and professional. We found Nafika Tours to be a reliable and flexible local company we would definitely chose again. One little thing that could maybe be improved would be different sleeping pads as it did get quite cold from the ground but that's literally the only thing I can think of

  I climbed Kilimanjaro with Natika in Sep/Oct 2025. They were amazing, super professional, amazing service, super experienced guides and climbers and staff, amazing equipment (tents, portable toilets etc) everything was beyond what I expected given the amazing price, it’s such great value.

  I just returned from doing the Lemosho Route with Nafika Tours, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Our lead guide, Inocent , and assistant guide, Efata, were absolutely wonderful. We will always be grateful to them and the entire team for helping us reach the summit. There were moments when we felt we couldn’t go any further, but their encouragement and support gave us the strength to keep going. The food and camping equipment were excellent, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip, even while being on the mountain. We also had daily medical check-ups, which made us feel safe and reassured for each day’s hike. The whole team was so friendly, cheerful, and genuinely happy in their work. It was clear to us that they really love being a part of Nafika Tours. After the climb, we also did a 5-day safari, which was just as incredible. Our safari guide, Nikson, was extremely knowledgeable , professional and thanks to him we managed to see so many animals, including all of the Big Five. The accommodation throughout the safari was excellent, and the food was plentiful and delicious. From the moment we were picked up at the airport until the moment we were dropped off, everything was perfect.   I recently summited Kilimanjaro with Nafika, and the experience was outstanding. Elias was highly responsive from the point of booking and in relation to the climb, the whole team—ranging from porters to our guides, especially Meshack and Erfata - were exceptional. Their professionalism, experience, and focus on our wellbeing ensured we reached the top safely. Highly organized, caring, and dedicated, Nafika truly made this adventure unforgettable.

  I can't recommend Nafika tours enough. Absolutely top notch service from start to finish. My friend and I booked a 7 day hiking tour to Kilimanjaro. The director Elias Minja was really fantastic with all his communication and organisation. Everything was really clear and so well organised. Our guides on the tour were superb - we were treated like kings by the whole crew who helped us up. The food was really excellent and we got soo much of it and everyone was so kind and friendly. Ten out of ten in every category. Plus - just comparing to some other tourists we spoke to I think we got really excellent value for money - Brilliant experience.

  Highly recommended!!! Choosing Nafika was the right decision. At a very fair price, Nafika provided me with a very luxurious pool hotel. All the people here in climbing are the best and helpful. Experienced guides, skilled cooks and considerate entourage. All this makes climbing Kilimanjaro a real treat. It is worth noting that Elias is very helpful. Elias took care of me as a foreign visitor. This made my visit to Moshi town smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciate it.
