5.00No issue at all. Our Driver was Piotr, He called early on to let us know what would happen when we get to the Airport, Spoke to him again whilst in Passport control and called him when outside. He directed us to the collection point (just outside the doors) and was there to meet us within a minute or so. On the drive to our hotel he was very friendly and polite. Gave us loads of information on things to do during our stay in Krakow. He did mention some of the trips that he is involved in, but it was nothing pushy, just letting us know. Also pointed out some points of interest along the way. That was not all, he even advised on places to eat and drink! Overall a very likeable individual, and a very easy process - Thank you Piotr!

5.00We booked airport transfer ahead of our trip to Poland . Our driver Hubert made contact before we had even unboarded the plane with details on how to meet outside the airport. Hubert was very friendly and the ride to our accommodation was full of suggestions on things to do, details of the local area and welcome advice on the do’s and the dont’s in krakow. He even sent recommendations via WhatsApp so we could refer to them in our time. Hubert was a great start to our holiday in Krakow.

5.00Martin picked us up from the airport to transfer us to our hotel. He communicated via WhasApp, which was very convenient, to let us know he would be our driver. When we arrived at the airport arrivals area, he was waiting with my name on a sign :) After a long day, and a long flight, it is really nice to start a vacation with a pre-booked transfer (especially if you haven't slept for a while). Martin was very polite, a great driver, and gave us helpful information on Krakow. I highly recommend this car service.
