Head to Chinatown where you can stroll the streets and shop alleyways packed with food stalls selling a wide range of foods and local goods. Once you've mastered the art of negotiating for bargains.

You will then head to the Merdeka Square (also known as Independent Square) where you can relax in the cool breeze, take photos, and see the surrounding buildings such as the Sultan Abdul Samad Building.

5.00We did the food tour with Sathia. She was very nice and a kind guide. She drove us to places we hadn’t been to yet. Since we had already seen many places in Kuala Lumpur, our destinations deviated a bit from the original list. That was great. The food at the end of the tour was definitely a highlight. We would definitely recommend this tour. Thank you so much for your time, dear Sathia!

4.00Sathia was very friendly and willing to talk and showed us great food as well as the Central Markt + Chinatown. In addition, we were able to choose a place we want to visit. All in all a very successful tour. The restaurant where Sathia took us had a lot of delicious food we could try.

5.00Great tour that should not be missed. Kimber is very friendly and knowledgable. He told us a lot about the culture of Malaysia and we visited some great bits of KL. Food was fantastic too.

5.00We really enjoyed this trip with our tourguide Prabaz. He showed us all the interesting places in Kuala Lumpur. It was a very pleasant tour. The restaurant was a wonderful location with traditional music and dance and a gorgeous view of the Petronas Twin Towers. The food was delicious! We really loved the complete tour! So do not think about it- book 😉

5.00Mr. Decknesh was a great guide who was hospitable, knowledgeable and considerate. As a female solo traveller, I felt safe with an expert navigating the heat, monuments and night markets. As a bonus, Mr.Decknash took my photos. Turns out he's an excellent photographer! 💯 He also catered to food preferences and took to super local areas that would often be missed. The restaurant he took me to was delish. I was initially worried as the place wasn't glamorous. Packed with local families and being the only foreigner, I wasn't sure. After the food arrived - generous servings and flavorful and aromatic curries, it was clear why this eatery was popular. Anthony Bourdain would approve! Highly recommend!
