The Cathedral of Assumption
Your private guide / driver will pick you up at your Prague place. After approx. 1h 15min of comfortable drive you start exploring Kutna Hora. You visit the first cathedral in Czechia - Cathedral of Assumption - with almost one meter high golden monstrance from 14th century with non-quantifiable value. Listen to the legend how it survived all the wars till today.
The Cemetery Church of All Saints with the Ossuary
Go down into the crypt and admire world famous Ossuary with bones of 40.000 victims of wars and plague designed in pyramids, coat of arms, chandeliers, etc. (open every day except Nov-Feb - in these months it is closed on Mondays).

5.00This was our 2nd tour with Michal, this time he took us to Kutna Hora ( bone church). This was a fascinating church better than any catacombs we've ever seen. Also in this town we saw some very different architectural cathedrals. We continued on to a cathedral constructed for/by the local silver miners. Once again very unique. We also got to strike our own silver (aluminium) coins. Michal then found another lovely traditional restaurant for lunch where the food was delicious. He then took us to a magnificent castle which has stayed in the same family even during the communist times, ( the owners were fortunate enough to stay in the castle during this time as care takers and guides). Once again would highly recommend Michal to anyone wanting a quality, highly knowledgeable guide in the Czech Republic.
