10/10 Alex was a vibrant, kind, and very knowledgable Guide. His english was excellent, and he was happy to educate and explain the historical aspects, as well as the culture of Japan. He went above and beyond, sharing extra tips and recommendations i.e. for food/shopping/other destinations. We had an amazing Day and definitely recommend Alex for further Tours!

The shrine we went to was amazing and we did everything there. Our guide was very friendly and facilitated a great experience. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the guide wasn’t as forthcoming with information and history. When we asked questions they knew the answers but it would have been nice if they were more extemporaneous.

We had an incredible day in Kyoto, learning about the city’s rich history and culture. Our guide, Axel, was fantastic—knowledgeable, engaging, and always happy to answer our questions. He also provided us with excellent recommendations for exploring more of the city on our own. A truly memorable and enriching experience!
