You will discover and... taste, the "food of longevity", which has made Sardinia a "blue zone", one of the few areas in the world with the highest percentage of centenarians, thanks to the quality of life and food. A journey to discover the food and wine excellences of Sardinia with a story on production techniques and the history of the producers. A guided tasting that immerses the visitor in a taste experience in which aspects related to the history and culture of the area will be explored. During the experience it is possible to taste some artisanal delicacies linked to the season. From baked goods to extra virgin olive oil, passing through some land and sea specialties that will be combined with different types of wines. An unmissable experience for lovers of wine and authentic food.

5.00Emma was a great tour guide. The food was authentic and very good and the spots she took us to were great and private! She was very knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. She answered my questions and made the tour one of our highlights while in Palermo.

5.00It was very informative regarding the foods and where they came from in the different regions also where the wine comes from as well. The food and wine were very good. The staff was very friendly informative and helpful.

5.00This was the most wonderful experience. Federica is an angel! The shop is beautiful, and the tasting portions were large. I planned on going to lunch following my visit but was very full from the tasting. The wine was delicious, and they were not stingy on the servings. I tried a White, a Red, and a Moscato.

5.00We did a Classic tasting and were surprised by the range of flavors that our land can offer if you take the time to research the best products. Very satisfied with the kind and trained staff who make their work a passion. Warm atmosphere and excellent prices. Super recommended. We will definitely come back with our friends..!

5.00Myself and my Dad visited here, and we had such a great time! Situated at the back of a beautiful artisan store; our host, Alessandro, was the most brilliant person you could wish for in an experience like this. Attentive, chatty, smiley... it was great! A very informal experience, and very relaxed - perfectly Sardinian. There was great information on the meats, cheeses and breads, with wine pairings to match. Incredibly laid back and informal. Its not a meal, but more of a tasting introduction - but worth every cent! Easy to get to by bus from the main station, but also about €12-€14 in a taxi from the centre.

5.00Great find, highly recommend to all, was cool to see locals coming into the shop and picking up there daily wine. The tasting was great, our glasses were always topped up & the food was delicious. Thank you so much! :)

5.00What a great experience. So nice to just sit and enjoy some of Sardinias traditional food & wine. We were made to feel as if we were family at a dinner table. If you are in Sardinia make sure to stop by!
