This private kayak and snorkeling experience offers a slower and more personalized way to explore Land’s End in Cabo San Lucas. Launching directly from Playa Empacadora, you’ll paddle beside granite cliffs, sea lion colonies, Lovers Beach, and the famous Arch while avoiding the crowded feeling of larger boat tours.
Private tours naturally move at a different rhythm. With flexible pacing, extra time for snorkeling, wildlife viewing, photos, or simply floating beside the coastline, the experience feels more immersive and connected to the ocean itself.
The route combines scenic kayaking with guided snorkeling near Pelican Rock, where tropical fish, rays, angelfish, pufferfish, and schools of marine life move through the reefs of the Sea of Cortez. Morning conditions often bring calmer water and softer light around Land’s End, creating an even more relaxed atmosphere.

This experience requires favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to unsafe weather, ocean conditions, or operational restrictions, guests will be offered an alternative date or full refund
No locker facilities are available, but belongings may usually remain inside the transportation vehicle during the activity

Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed

The experience begins directly from Playa Empacadora, where the kayaks rest quietly on the sand beneath the granite cliffs of Land’s End. After a short introduction, you launch directly from the beach and begin paddling along one of the most iconic coastlines in Baja California Sur. Without the pace of a larger group, the route feels calmer and more personal. Sea lions rest on the rocks near Neptune’s Finger while pelicans glide low above the water and the Arch slowly appears ahead between desert cliffs and shifting blue water. Later, the experience slows even more during snorkeling near Pelican Rock, where reef life moves below the kayaks in clear water. Between paddling, floating, ocean silence, and coastal scenery, the experience feels less like an excursion and more like spending time inside the natural rhythm of Baja.

5.00Luis was FANTASTIC! My partner and I did the private glass bottom kayak and snorkeling at the arch during our stay in Los Cabos. Not only was Luis super friendly and a great tour guide, he also doubled as a photographer and got us some great photos and video during our tour. The wind was blowinggg and the waves were crashing so we needed to adjust the plan a bit, but Luis did a great job keeping us safe. Highly recommend!

5.00So worthwhile. Jose Luis was the best guide: friendly, safe, knowledgeable. If you can, ask to go as early as possible - the later in the morning you go, the more crowded the waterways are. Loved getting on the water, getting in some good activity and pics, and back at the hotel by the pool before noon!

5.00We used High Tide for a kayaking adventure to the arch. Our guide was Emilio. He was very friendly and respectful. He spoke fluent English and gave clear and precise directions. On our next trip to Cabo, we will definitely be using this company and guide again.
