5.00We needed help buying tickets for the train from Nairobi to Mombasa (the Madaraka Express), as you cannot buy them from outside Kenya using a credit card or PayPal. We were recommended to East Africa Shuttles & Safaris by a railway enthusiast website, and Emma did a first class job arranging tickets for us and a shuttle from hotel to railway station. Excellent service and all questions answered straight away, even out of office hours.
