Enjoy the exclusive use of the luxury sailing catamaran, Serenity. Sit back and take in the sights, or if you want to get involved, take a turn at the wheel under the guidance of your professional captain or assist in hoisting the sails.
The captain will select a suitable place to drop anchor and allow you to explore the coast via paddleboard, the beach by foot, hike the scenic island trails, swim or snorkel a lagoon, or simply lounge and relax on the spacious decks. The choice is yours to customize the day as you wish.
Serenity comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests. Her spacious interior and enclosed cockpit allow ample space for all, even if a rain shower passes over.
Pickup and drop-offs at your coastal luxury lodge or accommodation provider can be arranged.

Best part of our New Zealand trip

5.00Back home in California and looking back on this 2-night charter, I think it was the best thing we did on our trip with our 3 NZ friends. Of course the sailing and scenery were incredible, but what put it over the top was Captain Pete and Chef Brandon. The Captain was extremely capable and always put safety first. We were in a very strong storm with the boats around us dragging their anchors but we had full confidence in his abilities and weren’t nervous at all. And we are saying this as very experienced sailors. And during this storm Brandon made and served us breakfast. Every single thing that Brandon made was 5 stars and we’re comparing them to some of the finest restaurants we went to in Auckland and Waiheke. Highly recommend this charter company.

5.00My husband and I had a private cruise on a beautiful catamaran in the Bay of Islands We were in the very capable hands of skipper Pete and his mate Brendon who whipped up the most delicious lunch . We stopped at two islands to hike and get views and the rest of the time we spent at leisure taking in the beauty of this magnicent scenery on board . It was a beautiful day and the weather obliged too . Truly a day not to forget ! Thank you to you both for a wonderful experience !

5.00This sailing charter was a huge highlight of our trip. Magnus and Adam were great and even though we had some cloudy weather .. we saw the whole Bay, penguins , dolphins and tons of birds . Even caught a fish and chef Adam made the best fresh sashimi for us … a real treat. Magnus was very knowledgeable about the islands and the history. A fantastic charter that we would highly recommend!! A must do in the Bay of Islands !!

5.00From the moment we stepped onboard we knew we were in for a fun day. Things we enjoyed the most - 1) Learning more about the beautiful Bay of Islands and its history. 2) Cruising along the sea in the beautiful dual masted catamaran watching the scenery go by. 3) The hospitality , both in terms of food and drink and the friendliness of the skipper and crew. 4) The encouragement I received to take a paddle board out for the first time ever. So glad I gave it a go! Would definitely book Silver Wave again , either a days cruising or a longer trip. Thanks guys !

5.00Loved everything about this special day which was quite a splurge for us for some milestone birthdays! Had a beautiful afternoon and sunset sail with Thomas and Jared who took great care of us in every way. Definitely highly recommend Silver Wave!!

The catamaran was stunning and well looked after. We felt so spoilt with their level of care. Our day was well beyond my expectations. Couldn't fault a single thing. Highly recommend!!

5.00The boat is the best catamaran I on which I have ever sailed. Very well designed. The trip with Captain Scott and Tyra was excellent. We loved the walks, kayaking and paddleboards. Tyra the chef prepared our meals. She was an over the moon great chef! Scott an exceptional captain with high level of experience. Staterooms were perfect. Go on this trip.
