1.00My flight was cancelled and I tried reaching couple of different ways but couldn’t get through, it’s scheduled for today AA 631 from Charlotte arriving at 11:41 am, hopefully someone will be there to pick us up

1.00We were left stranded by Provo Connections on the leg from our hotel back to the airport. Followed the directions in the confirmation email and called 24 hours ahead to confirm the departing ride. I also e-mailed but did not get any sort of response. Their phone number quite frequently goes to voicemail so I had to call 4-5 times to get someone on the phone. They confirmed the pick up point and time - Friday at 12:30. I called at 12:35 since the car hadn't arrived. Again, I had to call five times to get someone on the phone, and she said she would call the driver and call me back. She never called me back. Eventually, we took another taxi since I had to get to the airport and I still haven't heard back.

1.00We booked a round-trip airport transfer with one confirmed stop, paid in advance. What should have been simple turned into a nightmare. The driver never called, rushed us because he had another trip, and imposed a false 15-minute limit not stated anywhere. He took unauthorized photos of us and our luggage, acted aggressively, and even tried to fight my son. The agent hung up when asked her name, showing the same rudeness others have reported. Most shocking, they abandoned us—including my 3-year-old grandson—in front of a restaurant, treating us like criminals. Instead of apologizing, management shifted blame. Absolutely no professionalism, no accountability. Avoid this company—nothing about them is luxury.

1.00Deplorable customer service and tried to change our stop agreement as we were at the stop. The operator screamed at my mother and we had to take our bags from the car and find another service to get to the airport.
