After completing your reservation online, you’ll receive a confirmation with all the details, and our team will begin tracking your flight in real time to adjust for any delays. Upon arrival at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), your driver will be waiting for you outside the arrivals area with a sign showing your name. They will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your private air-conditioned minivan, ready to take you directly to your hotel, villa, or Airbnb. During the ride, you’ll enjoy comfort, space for up to six passengers with luggage, and optional amenities such as bottled water or baby seats upon request. Once you arrive, your driver will drop you off safely at the entrance of your accommodation and help with your bags.
