Excellent and wonderful experience. The tour guide is kind and friendly. With his great photoshooting skill, me and my friend get to capture the nice sunrise photos and record the memories for us. Highly recommend to choose this as our tour guide when visit here

The tour was pleasantly much more than expected. An early pick up is a small price to pay for the beautiful scenery. It is cold at the mountain so be prepared or rent a blanket - it’s worth it! Rio was our tour guide and driver for the Mount Batur sunrise, and two other activities. He is a photographer extraordinaire! You don’t realize how meaningful that is until you see the beautiful photos he takes. The other tour guide is Yoga, and he is very flexible and willing to do anything to make your vacation memorable. We asked him to make an additional cafe we wanted to visit and he was very agreeable to it. All in all this tour is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The hot springs are a great add on !!

It started at 3am on time, ERLI picked us up with a brand new car. Then about 90 minutes changed to the transfer point and into the open jeep. Attention: it is cold, put on thick clothes, take long pants, headgear, towels as blankets if necessary. The route to the viewpoint is adventurous but great. Wait there until it finally starts and the sun slowly emerges. The jeep driver acts as a great photographer! An impressive spectacle! Then downstairs and to the hotpools. Very relaxing and great for warming up. After about 90 minutes in the pool ERLI picked us up again and brought us home. A great tour for which getting up early is worth it!
