5.00Superb hike quite short but physically because the steps are very high. Not good for the knees. Nils is a dynamic and pleasant guide. The panorama on the coast is beautiful.

5.00Nils was so nice and entertaining the entire hike. Learned a lot regarding the plants and trees as well as other interesting facts regarding Seychelles. . Based on what me and my friend wanted ( easy) he took us on a wonderful hike that we could easily do. The view at the top phenomenal!
A wonderful Morne Blanc hike

5.00Nils was an excellent guide, very communicative and informative. I picked Morne Blanc trail, although it was cloudy when we reached the top, along the way Nils pointed out some very interesting things, we even spotted the smallest frog on earth. I highly recommend this hike with Nils, he has a great personality and is a great photographer.

5.00Well, what can I say? Nils is a larger than life character - a fountain of knowledge on all things Seychelles - from the flora and fauna right through to the standards of driving encountered on the winding roads! We booked two trips before arrival, the main one being a Nature hike followed by a visit to a garden then a flexible continuation around the island. We chose the Morne Blanc trail due to its proximity to our hotel and also for the stunning view at the top. Nils arrived promptly, and soon we were driving to the starting point preparing ourselves for a steep, hot walk. Throughout the ascent Nils pointed out many things, including cinnamon trees, palms, and after much searching he managed to find the tiny, elusive Sooglosid Frog beneath many decaying leaves, and the Black Snail too. Had we been walking alone there is no way in the world we would have seen these - and that is why it is so important if you want to get the max from such a trip that you book a knowledgeable, reputable guide - and he’s called Nils!! The day continued in a similar fashion, with Nils imparting further knowledge in a relaxed way as we journeyed through Mahe, walked around the Botanical Gardens, then visited the Coco de Mer factory and the rum distillery. The drive back along the coast was beautiful, and we just chatted and relaxed. A top day out with a top guy and guide. Nils also arranged a couple of other tours - an e-bike trip, and Praslin and La Digue - both superb. I’d highly recommend this company for your Seychelles trips.

5.00Nils provides for a choice of 3+ hiking tours in mahe… each with an ascending degree of difficulty. He is an experienced and capable guide. Always aware of his clients abilities and stamina. We enjoyed our hike immensely! Hunky recommended!
Morne Blanc hike

5.00Although the morning hike up Morne Blanc was in intermittently rainy and very humid weather, Nils was a wonderful guide who helped keep the whole experience enjoyable and enriching. He goes out of his way to ensure that you have a good and safe experience. When we happened to encounter each other just after I had made the booking (and two days before the hike itself), he greeted me when we incidentally met each other after he figured out that I was the person who made the booking earlier. On the day itself, he picked me up punctually from our agreed meeting point, and along the way, he shared a lot not only about the mountain, as well as the flora and fauna that we encountered, but also about the local economy and culture. In spite of the occasional clouds drifting by, we were greeted with a spectacular view once we reached the viewing platform. It all made for a worthwhile morning, and especially as a solo traveller, I would highly recommend engaging his services.
