Dwayne provided top-notch customer service from start to finish. From the moment he arrived, he was warm, friendly, professional, and incredibly funny, which instantly set the tone for an amazing night. As we drove through Panama City, Dwayne shared deep, engaging knowledge about the country’s history, culture, and major landmarks. His passion and pride for his country really showed, and it made the experience even more meaningful. He was extremely patient and accommodating. He became our personal photographer, lol, making sure we captured great memories without ever feeling rushed. He was flexible & attentive to our group’s needs. He adjusted plans to ensure we had the best possible experiences. We had an incredible time and would highly, highly recommend him to anyone visiting Panama. Dwayne is the one! 10/10 experience. Would book again without hesitation!

Great way to see Panama City! . I did a quick stay-over and wanted visit the city at night. Dwayne promptly picked me up at my hotel. We visited various sites to see the awesome city views, the historic district and a fun place for music & dance. Dwayne was an awesome guide. He was out going, friendly and informative. I would highly recommend this tour and Dwayne as a guide.

Good experience, attentive guides., but be aware of traffic in Casco Viejo. We had to spend a lot of time in the car trying to reach places in Casco Viego, as traffic was very heavy.

This was an amazing night! I wished we had more time. Dwayne was such a gentleman; he engaged in great conversation and possessed a wealth of knowledge. A must try. We definitely will be reaching back out to him when we go back to Panama!

Francisco, the tour guide not only was friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable of the city and many attraction around. He was courteous extremely attentive to all our needs. Sunday nights they’re lots of great rooftop bars and the Armador is an exiting place to be . The skyline is SPECTACULAR and the Dwayne Russell is the best tour guide EVER!!! Dwayne took us to The Poin, where you can enjoy dinner and fantastic drinks from 3 restaurants and zip line 500 feet above ground on rhe 32nd floor. Then we went to the Armadale which was the best view of the skyline and food choices galore. We had a blast at a Panamanian Restaurant which had a cultural show including audience participation. Then we hit a roof top bar in Casco Viejo which is a real cute part of the city. Dwayne never rushed us and really took great care of us . Thank you Dwayne
