5.00Very well organized trip. Went fishing and caught a few fish not something I have ever done before, and I would certainly go again. The captain, Mike, was helpful and showed you what to do and is on hand to help whenever needed. I would recommend this trip, and it is definitely worth going on.

5.00I took two of my lads for Butler Chain of Lakes fishing. I must say it was brilliant. The captain, Steve, on the trip was amazing, really friendly and helpful. I caught loads of largemouth bass for those not in the know. It was not expensive compared to other trips I have been on.... I will definitely be paying them a visit next time I'm on holiday and would recommend this to anyone who likes fishing or anyone who just wants to take in the beautiful view of the lakes.

5.00What a great way to spend 4 hours. Devin, the captain, was so helpful and even gutted the fish for everyone. People got tied lines a couple of times, and then they sorted that out immediately. There is an onboard toilet. We will book 8 hours next time and bring the whole family.

5.00Really good 6 hours. I would highly recommend it for a family trip, and you can even take the dog. Captain Bill was lovely, friendly, and extremely helpful, especially for ‘first time’ fishers! Of the fish we caught, they kindly gutted them so we could pop them straight on the BBQ! Thank you for a fun day! We will be back soon.

5.00I would recommend this to any family of any size, and you keep what you catch. The captain, Galen, was amazing and helpful. After you caught your fish, you filleted and bagged it up. Overall, it was an amazing day out, and I would recommend it. Next time, book full hours.

5.00My family and I had an unforgettable experience fishing with Bass Online Fishing Guides over the holidays. It was our first time taking our two children, ages 12 and 8, on a fishing trip, and we couldn't have asked for a better time. The captain, Galen, was incredible with the kids, patiently showing them how to fish and educating them about the fish we caught. He even let them take the helm of the boat for a while, which was a real highlight for them. Everyone on the boat caught a few fish, including largemouth bass. The captain even took the time to gut and fillet the catch for us to take home, which we were very grateful for! We can't say enough good things about Bass Online Fishing. The whole experience was fantastic, and our kids are still buzzing about it now. We can't wait to eat what we caught and go back again one day. Thank you so much to the captain and the whole team at Bass Online Fishing for an unforgettable day.

5.00We went family fishing; it was worth every penny. This is one of the best fishing trips we have taken around the Butler Chain of Lakes charter. Captain Steve and the team are really attentive with lots of help and advice; they definitely don’t leave you to your own devices, from setting up hooks and baiting to also helping with gutting and heading fish for people who choose to take their catch home. They chummed the lakes (fishing area) first so everyone caught great largemouth bass fish. This was enjoyed by the whole family of all ages; we will definitely go again.

5.00Holiday fishing trip. Steve the captain is very good at finding fish and very good with my girlfriend on her first boat fishing trip. We caught lots of big largemouth bass. We will be eating fish for months! Fantastic trip; can't recommend enough. Easy to book; their website has day-by-day availability. Fished 4th Nov 2025
