  We had such a great experience with our private tour in Osaka! Kieran reached out the day before via WhatsApp and text, which made everything really easy and convenient. He met us right outside our Airbnb, and from the start, it felt like we were exploring the city with a friend. We spent the day walking through Osaka and visiting the major sites—my favorite was the Emperor’s Palace, which was absolutely beautiful. After the energy and pace of Tokyo, Osaka was such a nice change—quieter, more relaxed, and just a really enjoyable vibe. Kieran spoke perfect English and was incredibly helpful, even showing us tips on how to use the train system and navigate the city on our own. The weather was gorgeous, the sights were amazing, and the entire day felt easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Osaka! Kieran was incredibly knowledgeable and very patient throughout the entire tour. He even took the time to bring me into a few local shops and explain what different items were, which made the experience feel much more personal and immersive. He shared fantastic restaurant and shopping recommendations for the rest of our trip and even offered to help us get back on the train afterward, which we really appreciated. Osaka is truly stunning and magical, and with Kieran as our guide, it ended up being the best day of our trip so far from the U.S. to Japan.   Kieran's tour around Osaka was fantastic, full of knowledge and just showing me the different parts of the city were enjoyable as it was a lot to take in but didn't feel rushed at any time

  This tour was fantastic. Kieran was great. As he is from Toronto his english is perfect. He took us to see the Osaka castle then to visit the night life/ food area, where he took us to two local, off the beaten track, restaurants where we sampled authentic Osaka food. He was incredibly helpful, introducing us to Japanese culture and in general, helping is with our orientation in this incredible city

  My mother and I visited Osaka and had the pleasure of touring the city with Kieran. He was extremely knowledgeable and took us around town to see the neighborhoods and attractions. He answered all of our questions and we used public transportation with him which made things easy and simple because he is very familiar with the trains and stations. A great plus is that he speaks great Japanese so he could communicate with anyone! He was also very flexible when we wanted to stop in certain shops and stores that flexibility and patience is greatly appreciated! He was friendly and we had great conversations as well! I recommend Kieran to anyone that visits Osaka and wants an English Speaking Guide who is a local in the city! Thank you Kieran for the great experience!

  Kieran was a delight to spend the afternoon with. He was fun and funny, helpful, knowledgeable, & interesting. Kieran took special care to be careful with my husband’s disability and make things interesting for my child.

  Kieran was great. We had a great time walking around sightseeing. We booked right after landing and forgot to exchange money. He was so helpful and understanding.

  This was a fantastic tour. I went with my disabled mother who gets around using a powered wheelchair. Getting around in Japan that way can be tricky, but Kieran knew exactly how to navigate the Osaka mass transit system with the wheelchair, which made things very easy. I'm an historian and was hoping to find someone who knew the history of Osaka, especially in the Sengoku and Edo periods, and Kieran was able to answer all of my questions. He also had a wealth of useful information about the modern city and its history that helped me really understand what I was looking at as we toured the city. Extremely personable and very helpful, we couldn't have asked for a better guide or a better experience. Very highly recommended!

  Having Kieran as a personal guide was wonderful! We did not have to guess how to use the subway and decide what stop to get off at. He walked us through everything. I really loved that Kieran did Not have a strong accent and we were able to understand each other easily. Kieran helping us made us feel much more confident in Osaka. Because of him, we're able to see many things we would not have seen on our own. Osaka castle, Kuromon Market, Dountonbori, and 3 temples.

  Our tour through Osaka was a wonderful experience! Kieran showcased the beauty of Osaka through many different landmarks and local markets.
