At the beginning of August 2025 I had to go to Viña del Mar for work and stayed at the NOVOTEL in Viña del MAr. Excellent hotel, good rooms and very good coffee for breakfast. Unfortunately I had a MUG left in the room and later called by phone from my hometown (Coquimbo). I was able to contact Mrs. Maria Elena Aburto of NOVOTEL, whom I thank for her time and dedication to resolving this issue. That makes a hotel different in other ways and not just in the quality of its rooms or breakfast. They have a luxury of staff. Thank you very much.
