  We Felt it was too expensive for what we got. We should have done more research to fully understand what the tour included.

• Just a private driver

  Unfortunately it was very disappointed, I read the previous review about having just a driver and not a guided tour, but I thought well lets get a private driver, unfortunately for the price you paid is not worthed. The agency provides you with a private driver, the price includes the entrance tickets to the attractions, however, once you arrived you have to join the crowd, we were rushed, we wanted to use toilets and have a cup of coffee in between the caves and the castle and our driver was rushing us, he was very limited in English so he wasn't able to explain how the "tour" works and we didn't get informed by the agency either. We had a ticket to the caves as 10:15 and the castle at 13:00 For the cave as I said you join the crowd and ride a train, it was fun though. However is not private. Then we were taken to the castle which we arrived at 13:15 so I thought there would've been a problem, as we were being rushed to leave caves and transfer to castle, surprisingly no, there was no problem at all, however by the time we were done 3-4 tour buses arrived. It makes sense then, we were trying to avoid all the tour buses. However it would've been understandable if the agency or the driver had explained to us. Nevertheless this is a private "tour" meaning we should be able to take breaks, take our time do the tour on our pace as it is private, that's the main reason we paid extra money, not to be rushed. So unless you want a private driver, it's ok but be aware that it doesn't include a tour guide, just a driver. I expressed my concern to the agency hopefully they are able to reword the description of the tour so it can be more understandable. Clear Communication is key. Both the castle and the caves are beautiful and worth to visit, the earlier the better to avoid the crowds

  The caves and castle are not to be missed. Having the driver, who was excellent, made accessing these attractions so easy.

  The Postojna Cave was amazing and the Predjama Castle was unique. Definitely worth visiting. What disappointing was the service. It was a private tour advertised to include a tour guide, what we got was a driver that did not give any information besides meeting time when we were dropped off at the sites. He didnt bother to introduce himself. He did not accompany us in the site as a guided tour would be doing (the cave has their own guides but would be nice to have a guide foe the castle). He was listening to the radio of local language, which we didnt unserstand, during the drive and did not say a word or introduce the places or gave any local information. Would not recommend this company, Palma Travel DMC.
