The sunset river tour on the Sittee River was by far my favorite excursion of our entire time in Belize. It was an incredibly unique experience that perfectly balanced adventure with tranquility. The knowledge our guides shared about the river ecosystem was impressive—they knew exactly where to find the local wildlife, making for some truly special sightings. The peacefulness of drifting along the water and the sheer openness of the river at sunset was just the best. If you're looking for a beautiful, relaxing way to see the natural side of Belize, this is it!

Guides were very helpful and we had a great day. We saw many angel fis, sting ray, rainbow fish, daulphins, manatee, glitter fish, plus many more. It was my first time snorkeling and we will definitely go again. Theo and Medz were great snorkeling and on the sunset cruise!

If you're staying in Hopkins and looking for a truly magical experience, look no further than the *Private Romantic Sunset Cruise* with **Get to Know Belize Adventures**. This was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip. We were picked up right on time at **Belizean Dreams Resort** and transported comfortably to the marina. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt personal and thoughtfully curated. We were warmly greeted by our captain, Medz, and his first mate, Jeff—both of whom were not only professional but incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The boat was beautifully prepared for just the two of us, setting the tone for an intimate and relaxing evening. A chilled bottle of wine and a delicious charcuterie board from **La Trattoria Roma** awaited us, adding the perfect touch of romance. As we cruised down the serene Sittee River, Medz shared fascinating insights into the local wildlife and history. We spotted crocodiles, colorful birds, iguanas, and more—all while enjoying the peaceful sounds of nature around us. Medz and Jeff were attentive without being intrusive, and they even captured some amazing photos of us, making sure we could relive the memories. To top it all off, when we returned to the dock, they airdropped drone footage of our cruise—an unexpected and wonderful bonus! This excursion was more than just a boat ride; it was a beautifully crafted experience that showcased the authentic charm and natural beauty of Belize. Theo and Jeff were great hosts for us. There aren't many opportunities to have a private adventure in Hopkins, and having this private cruise set the tone for out trip. If you like wildlife viewing, this is a great chance to to do so.
