once you make your reservation one of our agents will contact you, upon arrival we will be waiting for you outside with a sign with your name, at the airport. For departure we will pick you up in the lobby of your hotel. The duration of your transportation will depend on where your hotel is located, the average time will be between 20 and 40 minutes in the Punta Cana area, 1 hour if you come from La Romana and 3 hours if you are from Santo Domingo. Note: You can contact us to customize your service.

5.00We had a fantastic experience with Fantasy's travel during our trip to Punta Cana. The staff was friendly, professional, and right on time at the airport for our car pick-up. The process was quick and stress-free — no long waits or hidden fees. Their VAN car was amazingly clean, reliable, and perfect for exploring the area. Kids car seat was included in their fee. We had luggage mix up and they went above and beyond to get us our luggage. Return to the airport was just as easy, and the team made sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciated their clear communication and great customer service. They also do tour and fan excursions. We Highly recommend fantasy travel if you’re looking for a trustworthy and efficient car service in Punta Cana for tours and airport transfers! No third party scams you deal with the owners directly by email and text.

5.0010/10 I highly recommend Fantasy's Travel. They picked us up from the airport in a beautiful Suburban that was super clean. Our driver Salvador was so friendly. It was so nice to have them bring us to a resort that was on the farther side from the airport without having to stop at other resorts along the way. Nice to have conversations with our driver. I feel like we became friends throughout the entire trip. During the stay at the resort; I became extremely ill. Our driver Salvador took my husband to a pharmacy and translated for my husband. I recovered pretty quickly. After that, We then went on a little excursion to monkeyland and we booked it through Fantasy's Travel. It was a group of eight of us and little kids. It was so nice to have them just take care of everything from the tickets to the transfer. They communicated with us via text the entire trip. It was extremely convenient to have this company available throughout our entire eight days stay. Needless to say, at any point we would just text them and they would take us where we needed to go. They also took us shopping. One of our friends left her bag in one of their vans by accident and they immediately communicated that they had found her bag and took us to go get it right after we were finished shopping. On our very last day, they picked us up at our resort to bring us to the airport and I began to tear up because I was so sad to leave. Salvador gave me a hug as he dropped us off at the airport. I highly recommend them for your transportation and excursions. I feel like they became family and I will definitely be returning and using this company again. 🫶

5.00Salvador and his team are the most professional guys I have met. Used them for years and have trusted him and his company with my daughter to drive around. Very trustworthy, great prices and on time. He has done private transportation, golfing VIP event and just all around great service. For the non Spanish speaking people drivers all speak great English.
