5.00I booked transfers from my hotel to and from zhujiazo today and am happy to say that I am very pleased and satisfied with the service provided. The driver Mr Shen was polite, professional and punctual. Likewise with Alana, the service representative with whom I was in constant communication with. She was particularly helpful as I do not speak Chinese, so Alana was an amazing help. I highly recommend this company if this is the type of service they provide. Many thanks to both Alana and Mr Shen.

5.00My driver was Mr. Shen. He was 10 minutes early to our scheduled time and kindly waited 10 minutes after the start time for our journey as well. Overall the ride from Shanghai was very smooth. The car was clean and peaceful. I was able to take a short nap to and from. Smooth door to door transport without the hassle of worrying about navigation public transport and I was able to come and go on my own time. Highly recommend!
