Upon arrival at the airport in Aruba, you will be greeted by an English or Spanish speaking representative. After you have cleared customs, just look for your last name on the personalized sign! 5.00Upon arrival we were greeted with a sign by our driver. We had 5 travelers with 7 suitcases. The vehicle had room for all of us and our luggage. They got us to our Airbnb quickly and safely. Leon arrived right on time to take us back to the airport. The ride was smooth and quick. He was helpful and courteous. We will use Wix again when we return to Aruba. The round trip cost was just a few dollars more than if we took the airport shuttle that stops at all the hotels. It was well worth it to have the vehicle for just us.

5.00Excellent service with Wix for round trip transfers from Aruba Airport. They had a sign so we didn't have to search for our driver. The return transfer driver, Mark, was a very kind man who told us all about his beautiful island,Aruba. Safe rides both ways.

5.00Major problems at the airport due to security issues. They closed the airport and my family was very very late. I called the office to see if they could do a pick up late at night. The handled everything. They arrived at 10PM and driver was waiting. Great company

1.00Bus arrived 40 minutes late When asked about the delay,the driver blamed the company and spoke disrespectfully and in a raised tone to my husband and other passengers. His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. His conduct reflects poorly on the company.

5.00WIX Tours provided our family with transfers from the airport to our Airbnb and back at the end of our vacation. They were able to accommodate our multiple flight changes and were so helpful! Our driver Leon was on time, efficient, friendly and polite! Thank you for the great service!

1.00I booked a private transfer with Wix to take my family of seven from the airport in Aruba to our Airbnb. Upon arrival, I was told someone would be waiting with a sign outside of baggage claim. We went outside and no one was there to greet us. I asked a greeter from another company and they made some calls and told me that our driver had a flat tire and would be 6 minutes. We waited another 20 minutes and asked them to check again. They told us they are sending a new car and it was in traffic but would arrive in 3 minutes. Waited another 20 minutes before it arrived. The replacement driver was a taxi driver with a large van who was a gentleman. I actually used him to bring us around throughout the trip and back to the airport for about 1/2 the cost of Wix. I asked Wix for a partial refund as I paid for a premium service and was left waiting 40 minutes for our driver outside and received and email back from Mark who refused stating they got me a ride within 15 minutes which is unequivocally false. I could have simply hopped in a taxi for $65 Vs. $115 which I was charged upon arrival. I strongly recommend that you do not use this company. I do not blame them for someone getting a flat tire but they should have provided some sort of discount for our troubles and they should have taken more responsibility and not lied to me about the time that I had to wait for a replacement vehicle and driver. Do yourself a favor and use a different company or simply get a taxi and save half the money.
