Oversized or excess luggage ( Each person is allowed to bring one large bag e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) will only be carried at the discretion of the tour operator and may be subject to an additional charge. Upon arrival at the airport in Aruba, you will be greeted by an English or Spanish speaking representative. After you have cleared customs, just look for your last name on the personalized sign! Travel in comfort and safety to your hotel in Aruba. Your driver will provide you with a ticket with the return pick up time according to the homeland security and the airport authority instruction's 3 hours to check in , he will meet you at your hotel and take you directly to the airport for your departure flight

For the past 7 years we have been visiting Aruba and using Wix Airport Transfer Service. This year our driver was Ruben. During our transfer Ruben assisted us with luggage, answered all of our questions and pointed sights of interest along our route. Wix drivers are always on time and very courteous. Excellent company to work with.

Amstar at Secrets Aruba is TRASH! Almost missed flight…

Amstar almost made us miss our flight! “Take at your risk,” is what the Amstar representative at Secrets resort said. It was a lie. We had a 5:25pm flight and she advised we got on the 1pm shuttle. She said traffic would be risky bc this resort is 30-40 mins from the airport. We asked how often the shuttles run. She said every hour. We said because we can’t start the check in process before 2:25pm (three hours) we were happy to do the 2pm shuttle getting us there around 2:30-2:40pm. We arrive at the desk to learn there was no 2pm shuttle. Or even a 3pm shuttle. The next one wasn’t until 3:30. Which was very strange since she said they didn’t do 30 min slots only on the hour. Worst experience. We had to last min find new transportation with an astronomical cost. We had already paid Amstar for roundtrip. We never got money back, an apology, help finding an alternative, or offered anything to assist. She told us it’s out of their hands. Find another way. And she would call security on us for recording the conversation once we called her out on the blatant lie. So just an fyi, find another way from the start. Amstar is not it.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a sign by our driver. We had 5 travelers with 7 suitcases. The vehicle had room for all of us and our luggage. They got us to our Airbnb quickly and safely. Leon arrived right on time to take us back to the airport. The ride was smooth and quick. He was helpful and courteous. We will use Wix again when we return to Aruba. The round trip cost was just a few dollars more than if we took the airport shuttle that stops at all the hotels. It was well worth it to have the vehicle for just us.

Excellent service with Wix for round trip transfers from Aruba Airport. They had a sign so we didn't have to search for our driver. The return transfer driver, Mark, was a very kind man who told us all about his beautiful island,Aruba. Safe rides both ways.

Major problems at the airport due to security issues. They closed the airport and my family was very very late. I called the office to see if they could do a pick up late at night. The handled everything. They arrived at 10PM and driver was waiting. Great company
