We use toll roads where possible (included in the price). **NOTE!!! To properly schedule a pick-up/drop-off, we require a complete pick-up and drop-off address, a cell phone contact number AND an email address for the LEAD TRAVELLER. *Once you have booked with Wheelz Niagara, a booking confirmation and a detailed set of instructions TO ASSIST YOU IN FINDING YOUR DRIVER/VEHICLE will be emailed to you. These instructions will help you navigate your way through the airport to the designated waiting/pickup area. At Buffalo Airport, we meet and greet our guests inside the terminal at the baggage conveyors. The baggage conveyors are on the arrivals level. After you de-plane, follow the signage to the baggage claim area. To access this area you will ride down an escalator. Your driver will be waiting at the bottom of the escalator holding a tablet displaying your name. Your driver will assist you in claiming your baggage from the carousel and escort you to your vehicle. Spot your vehicle quickly and easily. One of our silver vehicles logoed "Wheelz Niagara", in black and orange, will be waiting at your pre-arranged pick-up location as scheduled. WE ARE ALWAYS ON TIME!! Please be ready to depart!! Our vehicles are fully Licensed, Insured and smoke-free. They are professionally maintained inside and out.

Easy pick up at the Buffalo, NY airport and drop off at our Niagara Falls hotel. Communication with Wheelz was easy and reassuring. John let us know where and when he would pick us up. No stress.

We had a round trip with John. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have driving us on our trip. The process was easy. He texted me when he was there and where he was. Easy to find and assisted us in the airport and to ease us through the border for a smooth process. Coming home there was major traffic at the border (day of the technology outage) which we almost missed flight but John was proactive and we made our flight home! I would recommend!!

We had a long day with flight delays and he had to pick us up at 10:30 pm. He was there when we came off escalator with bright sing with my name. Sure was glad to see him because we were worried about finding him. He found us. Thank You. He was very nice polite and made nice conversation. Very good service. Would recommend to anyone.
