A new and good alternative of trekking, for before the adventure and those people who did not find a place for the Inca Trail – classic of Machu Picchu. This alternative leads us to the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu with landscapes between Lakeons, mountains like the skies of the Humantay and Salkantay, a route of our ancestors where we can appreciate a progression of the diverse ecological floors, crossing by mighty rivers, in the mountain range we visited Thermus-Natural Waters; entering the region of the eyebrow of forest of abundant tropical vegetation, appreciating flowers of different colours, birds like the Colibri and parrots of the humid forests. The last day of trekking very early we will visit the Lost City of Incas – Machu Picchu and that same day in the evening we return to Cusco.

Gathering of hotel (4: 30 a.m.), Beginning of our adventure, transports Cusco – Mollepata approximately Arriving at 9:00 a.m. Place of encounter with the carriers and cooks, after the breakfast we initiate the expedition in the direction of the camping of Soraypampa, impressive View of the great diversity of flora, fauna and of the one of the Sky of Umantay, it is a long walk of 6 hours approximately. Lunch, has dinner and camping in Soraypampa (3,400.m.a.s.l.)

After a consistent breakfast we initiate the long walk by a footpath of spectacular landscapes until arriving highest at the point of our long walk where we will cross a passage of 4600 m.a.s.l. Appreciating the mountain range of the Andes, the sky of Salkantay, after contemplating the beauty we will descend until arriving at the forest eyebrow and encamping. Our equipment of camping and foods will be transported by packhorses. Breakfast, lunch, have dinner and camping.

After the breakfast we will follow our long walk until “Lluscamayu” place where we will have lunch, Then in ours trekking we will be able to appreciate the flora and fauna of this tropical region until arriving at the “Beach” where we will camp. Breakfast, lunch, have dinner and Camping.

5.00We did this hike with friends and it is an experience that we will not forget, we saw snow, unique landscapes and despite the cold we were very excited about this Trek. 5.00I chose this agency based on reviews and I was not mistaken I did the salkantay walk 4 nights and 5 days. It was a fantastic experience. One of the best experiences of my life. Food, overnight stays, driving, information all above my expectations and also the price: a bargain.

5.00Hi! We made 2 departures: 1. Trekking 4 days: Humantay, Salkantay Peak and Machu Pichu. 2. Lagoon of 7 colors. In the 2 starts the guide was Fredy, I don't think you can have a better guide. Everything was perfect: planning, punctuality, flexibility in the route (if we were going faster or slower, in fact we changed the route to go to the Cocalmayo baths), attention, treatment, explanations, you can not ask for more. The team that did the trekking with us spectacular. Maria super attentive and nice all the time made us feel very comfortable, as if we were there with more friends. Amazing experience, out of 10.

5.00Salkantay is a great place very spectacular, the guide knew very well the way, excellent professional, it was an adventure, a great trekking, beautiful snowfall, we liked the camp, we enjoyed a good company, lunch and hot drinks, were 5 surprising days this treking this made for adventurous walkers, the tour was perfect.. THE TOP IS BREATHING VERY POSITIVE ENERGY.
