According to the Puerto Rico Police and its Traffic Law [22] and Highway Department, the speed of your UTV vehicles depends on the highway or rural beach road. The same would be minimum 25 mph maximum 60 mph.

Here you can se all the dfferent types of bars, restaurants and hotels near the beach.
Playa Pinones
Piñones is another excellent alternative for some beachside fried-food indulgence. Piñones is the coastal part of the town of Loíza, composed of dozens of kiosks selling fritters, skewered meat, and fresh fruit shakes.

Driver have to be 22+ and have a valid driver license.
Free admission to Pinones area and Vacia Talega beach.
The experience includes a designated driver who leads the tour.
It's a guided tour and each UTV seats up to 3 passengers.
The UTVs are not driven primarily by passengers, but one person will have the opportunity to drive.
A $40.00 fee for a liability insurance is required for each unit. (Applies at service)
The liability insurance only covers body injury. (Medical)
Transportation to our property.
Extended arrival time incurs an additional charge.

4.00We booked our excursion through Viator who I have to say where absolutely brilliant. The buggy tour operator was late picking us up so I was anxious they weren’t coming and I could not get hold of them. However when I contacted Viator they were super helpful and were able to get in touch with the operator. While we were late starting our excursion we still had the full time if not more, and I must say our guide was so good he really made the experience worth while and we soon forgot about the poor experience at the start. It was one of the highlights of our holidays we enjoyed it so much and would def recommend.

1.00Our tour was booked for 2pm. The tour guide kept saying to wait 15-20 more mins because the driver is “caught in traffic” We waited until 4pm. Didn’t get to go on tour. Waiting on a refund. There was also another couple waiting that has a tour booked for 2pm. We ended up asking some cops that were in the lobby if this company is legit, because we weren’t sure if we got scammed. They said it’s legit and spoke with the tour guide on the phone. So maybe this company is legit but unprofessional. I’m not sure if it’s just my experience or what, but I personally wouldn’t recommended this tour.

1.00The driver was 1 1/2 hr late. He tried to say he was at the meeting spot and was not! When the manager called me, he said he was calling-which was yet another lie… because even the hotel said he got there late. But, they only contacted me after I asked for a refund , which they only did part of the tour and it was sloppy and disjointed. We only agreed to go because the manager said I wouldn’t get my money back! Then said he didn’t want to argue on the phone. So disrespectful and terrible customer service! Pick another tour.

2.0010am reservation for UTV Tour 9:30am arrived at doubletree listed on booking for pickup 9:40am contacted chat listed via trip advisor to let them know we arrived since that was listed in directions 10am, no contact from tour provider, called 3+ times to voicemail 10:20am, walked over to tour provider office, no staff at desk 10:20am, received first communication via txt from tour provider, they were late because of “day light savings time”, which started two weeks ago. Also the tour guide “went to the wrong hotel” 10:30am, tour provider stated still looking for tour guide 10:30am, tour provider called to explain why they were late reiterating initial communication and new tour guide would be at hotel in 10-15mins 10:50am, WhatsApp message from partner of tour operator that she is assigned as our guide but needed to change her shoes and would be about 20 mins. Planned departure now 11:10am with a 10am reservation. 11am, realized we had time for a real breakfast 11:10am, tour guide has not arrived 11:15am, tour guide messaged on the way 11:30, different guide arrived, clearly did not want to be there. We requested English speaking guide and guide had limited English Overall actual tour was great. Very delicious lunch spot, empanadas fantastic Tour guide was very nice

5.00Definitely not your typical city tour—and I mean that in the best way. We saw beautiful beaches, rode through scenic streets, and our guide was one of the nicest people we met on the island.

5.0010/10 experience with Daniel! He was great and let us know all the good food and beach spots. He also took us by a drink stop full of great drinks options virgin and spiked. Very beautiful tour. Will def book again!

5.00This night tour was such a vibe! The streets were peaceful, and seeing the city glow under the stars was beautiful. Our guide made us feel safe and welcomed the whole time. Would 100% do it again.

5.00Riding under the stars with a breeze in my face—what a way to see Puerto Rico! The Can-Ams are so fun to drive and our guide was awesome. He even gave us great tips for the rest of our stay.

5.00It was great we were told what every stop was and what each one was called. Micheal did very good, great personality. The off road tour definitely gave you some adrenaline. They met expectations. Felt vey lively.
