Our Private Scottsdale Off-Road Jeep Tour is a bumpy guide-led adventure on the most scenic Sonoran desert trails in the Scottsdale area. You will enjoy spectacular sights as your professional tour guide teaches you about Sonoran desert flora, fauna, and Native American history. Since our permitted trails are connected to North Scottsdale, you will receive more trail time than any other off-road tour in the Scottsdale area.
Private tour vehicles: Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (6 seats) with forward-facing seating, Jeep YJ (7 seats), or Jeep Gladiator (14 seats) with vertical-row (sideways) seating.
Scottsdale Adventure Tours is a commercial special recreation permit-holder through the U.S. Department of Agriculture: Cave Creek Ranger District and the U.S. Department of the Interior: Bureau of Land Management.

Our bumpy off-road Jeep tours are low-speed, jarring rides through rough terrain. Please ensure that every guest in your party understands that this off-road tour is a low-speed, bumpy ride through rough terrain.
Please carefully review our list of health restrictions and requirements. Due to safety concerns, we are unable to accommodate guests who do not meet the tour requirements. Ensure each guest in your party reads and understands the tour requirements. There will be no refunds issued to guests who fail to read and understand the health restrictions and requirements of this tour.
Not recommended for travelers who get motion sickness
Must be physically able to climb in and out of a lifted Jeep Wrangler.
Not recommended for passengers with any condition that could be aggravated by a rough, bumpy, and jarring off-road Jeep tour.
Weight limit per seat: 275 pounds. Call our office ahead of time to arrange an alternate vehicle and an alternate route.
Pregnant individuals are prohibited from participating in this high risk activity.

5.00We had an amazing off-road jeep tour through the desert! Our guide, Whitney, was fantastic — she shared fascinating cactus facts, kept the energy high, and made the whole experience fun and engaging. My two boys absolutely loved the “bumpy” driving and the perfectly timed music for every moment. Such a memorable adventure — highly recommend!

5.00Brian was an absolutely fantastic jeep tour guide! From start to finish he made the experience fun, engaging, and memorable. His knowledge of the area was impressive—he shared so many interesting facts, stories, and insights that made the scenery and history come to life. On top of that, Brian kept the whole group entertained with his great energy and sense of humor. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and it made the tour even more enjoyable for everyone. If you’re lucky enough to get Brian as your driver, you’re in for an awesome time. Highly recommend—5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

5.00Our tour guide Caz made the entire tour! She was so knowledgeable and fun and friendly and made sure we got exactly the type of trip we wanted. More than happy to stop to let us take pictures or give us super interesting information about the desert, plants, and animals. She took some awesome panoramic pictures of the group too!
