Our Private Scottsdale Off-Road Jeep Tour is a bumpy guide-led adventure on the most scenic Sonoran desert trails in the Scottsdale area. You will enjoy spectacular sights as your professional tour guide teaches you about Sonoran desert flora, fauna, and Native American history. Since our permitted trails are connected to North Scottsdale, you will receive more trail time than any other off-road tour in the Scottsdale area.
Private tour vehicles: Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (6 seats) with forward-facing seating, Jeep YJ (7 seats), or Jeep Gladiator (14 seats) with vertical-row (sideways) seating.
Scottsdale Adventure Tours is a commercial special recreation permit-holder through the U.S. Department of Agriculture: Cave Creek Ranger District and the U.S. Department of the Interior: Bureau of Land Management.

Our bumpy off-road Jeep tours are low-speed, jarring rides through rough terrain. Please ensure that every guest in your party understands that this off-road tour is a low-speed, bumpy ride through rough terrain.
Please carefully review our list of health restrictions and requirements. Due to safety concerns, we are unable to accommodate guests who do not meet the tour requirements. Ensure each guest in your party reads and understands the tour requirements. There will be no refunds issued to guests who fail to read and understand the health restrictions and requirements of this tour.
Not recommended for travelers who get motion sickness
Must be physically able to climb in and out of a lifted Jeep Wrangler.
Not recommended for passengers with any condition that could be aggravated by a rough, bumpy, and jarring off-road Jeep tour.
Weight limit per seat: 275 pounds. Call our office ahead of time to arrange an alternate vehicle and an alternate route.
Pregnant individuals are prohibited from participating in this high risk activity.

5.00Allen was great and gave us lots of choices as far as our comfort level and warned us as appropriate, regarding cacti or rough terrain/motion sickness etc. He was also knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy his job.

5.00Allen and Chaz were amazing guides/drivers! Our family had SO much fun. They shared a lot of interesting information and made it fun for the kids as well. They were so helpful in taking pictures. And providing us with eater and blankets was an added bonus. We highly recommend !

5.00Allan was just the best tour guide ever! He took us on some really neat and rough off roads. Everyone loved it. We walked around and saw some diff types of cacti and explained everything to us. Overall the family had a really nice time!!! if you want to learn about the area and have a really great off-road experience, this is to talk to go on and a guide to use

5.00Ed was the best for our group’s jeep tour!! So knowledgeable (and super funny), took the best pictures, and even saved Whitney’s life. 100% would request him again. He even let us meet a Disney princess irl 10/10 experience.

5.00My friends and I did the jeep tour for my bachelorette and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Ed was super kind, knowledgeable, funny, an amazing photographer, and saved Whitney’s life by performing a high-stakes cactus removal from her hand! I highly recommend booking this tour and requesting Ed if you can!
