Had a great experience with Quetzal Travel company! My friend & I book private shuttles with them from Antigua to Lake Atitlan, then Lake Atitlan back to Antigua, then back to GUA airport. Professional drivers & shuttle was clean. Accommodated to our requested pick up spots. Would definitely recommend!

Shuttle on time, clean, air conditioned, and comfy. Took only one hour from Antigua to Guatemala City airport on this Sunday morning so arrived in plenty of time to check in with bags. Thank you, Quetzal Shuttle, for helping make our daughter's destination wedding a breeze for guests.

In town for a destination wedding and returning to the airport: other guests using a different service received warnings of road closings and informed they needed to be picked up at 3am for airport transport. We trusted Quetzal Shuttle, did not buy into the hype, and had a leisurely breakfast before being picked up at 8 am for the airport run. If there was even a minor slow-down, the driver took an alternative cut-through, but the ride was smooth and quick. Driver had water for all passengers and the vans are clean and air conditioned. Note: this company is based in Guatemala City. Owner William is communicative and accommodating. Would highly recommend!
