  This was an incredible experience, it made our travel experience arriving into Venice seamless and romantic! It felt less like a transportation and more of a tour of the city via private water taxi.

  We flew into Liberia airport on May 18th and were delayed due to thunder storms, but Menor was there to greet us, give us ice cold water and welcomed us to Costa Rica. While the drive to Nosara was 2-1/2 hours, Menor was wonderful. A careful driver, thoughtful (he stopped for us to get cash at an ATM and kept an eye out to be sure all was good) and even managed a mid-way pit stop for us. It was a fun drive, although a somewhat bumpy road to Nosara, but we loved the “free massage” the road provided! It was timely, well-done and would certainly use Menor and the Jacamar Naturalist Tours the next time we come to Costa Rica. Excellent tour and happy tourists!

  Thank you so much Minor for being an excellent driver from Punta Islita to the Liberia airport. You were beyond an excellent driver and took great care of me. Looking forward to visit again and hope to have you as a driver again.

  Not only is Jacamar an amazing company to book a tour, they are also great at transporting you to and from the airport, and across Costs Rica!! We used Jacamar to go from LIR to Arenal Volcano, a 3.5 hour drive. It was great!! It was a private tour in a big spacious bus. We had water, and WiFi!!! We also had a nice rest stop and was able to get food and snacks!! The drive was smooth and safe. We also used Jacamar to go from Arenal to Tamarindo and it was another big private bus!! Both drivers were very nice, kind, and friendly. Percy was our first driver and Luis was our second driver, both excellent. Everyone here has been so incredibly kind.

• Jacamar Tours Shuttle Service

  We had shuttles with Jacamar to pick us up at the San Jose airport when we arrived and take us to our Manuel Antonio hotel. Rudolpho was wonderful. Then we had a shuttle with Jacamar from our hotel in La Fortuna to the San Jose airport. Again, such a great experience! Roberto was so patient with bathroom and shopping stops on the way.

  Use Jacamar for shuttle service! We had a FABULOUS driver - Gerardo R - who took such good care of us that we requested him for our return shuttle. It sounds silly in the midst of a wonderful Costa Rican vacation, but our 3 hour shuttle rides with Gerardo were a highlight of our week. Everything was clean, on time, and we were well taken care of. Request Gerardo if you want to enjoy fabulous conversation about culture, history, geography, current events, and more with a humble fella who loves his country and his job.

  The drive from La Fortuna to Playas del Coco was fantastic. Got to take a short cut that gave us a different perspective of the area. The stop for coffee/drinks/cake at macadamia was lovely and the view was awesome. Great trip.

  Our transfers through Jacamar we're excellent. The drivers were all punctual, friendly and knowledgeable, and taught us about Costa Rica on our journeys.

  Our driver was safe and informative. I learned just ad much on the ride to the airport as I did all five days in the country. He even stopped and allowed us to take pictures of the toucans!
