5.00Fabio was on time waiting for me with a sign that included my name. He was very friendly, we had good conversations during the ride. He is also a very safe driver. Highly recommend. Be warned the traffic in Guatemala City is insane so plan accordingly. It took us 1 hour to drive 5 km.

Even though my flight was delayed by 30mins landed at 10pm), my driver, Carlos, was there on time with a name sign waiting for me outside. Loaded my luggage and drove safely to my hotel. As a solo female traveler I felt totally safe would recommend.

1.00I booked the trip the day before and paid $200. I provided the exact address at San Pedro, lake Atitlan. I arrived at the airport at 12:45 and got out at 1:30pm. I looked all over for the driver (it is a small place) who was supposed to hold a sign with my name but no one was there. I sent 3 messages to the company 1 hour apart and no one answered. I finally find their phone and called. The guy on the other side was nice looked up my name and told me he missed my reservation. He found another driver; he said that for that location (which was already in my original reservation) I need to pay extra $40. I had no choice and the driver showed up at 3:10 pm. We just waisted almost 2 hours. It took 6 hours to get there instead of 4. By the way the driver himself, Raphael , was great, but I would never use Viator to book a trip, pay so much money, land in a foreign country, stressed out and lose so much valuable time. Also, I wrote a feedback to Viator about the incident and they never bother to contact me., not to mention say nothing about the extra $40 I was charged.

5.00I was looking for a place to rent a private shuttle to take a group of 8 people birding around the Western Highlands for a week. I saw Authentic Guatemala's reviews on Trip Advisor and decided to try them out. It was a win! The rental was very easy, working with them on the itinerary was straightforward, our driver was AMAZING, the shuttle was big and nice, and we got everywhere we needed to go on time! I cannot say enough good things about this company! I will definitely use them again! Thanks, Fabio!

5.00I was nervous about landed in Guatemala City so late at night (11pm) and finding a ride to my hotel. Pre booking this transfer was definitely the way to go. The airport exit is a little chaotic but I had clear instructions on how to find our driver and he was right where he was supposed to be with a sign. He was very friendly and professional and got us to our hotel quickly and safely! Would definitely book again.

5.00Easy and convenient and on time. Communication was clear and the instructions to meet were good as well. If you are coming late in the evening this is a great option than trying to figure out Uber etc
