Do not rely on this service for airport transportation. I booked and paid for an airport transfer through Viator on December 1, 2025, with a scheduled pickup date of December 30, 2025. While the booking itself was confirmed, I was unable to obtain timely confirmation of the actual pickup details before an international flight. Despite reaching out days in advance and again the day before pickup, neither Viator nor the local operator (Authentic Guatemala) could confirm the service. On the day before the scheduled pickup, I contacted the local operator directly. After a brief response, there was no communication for seven hours, even though the pickup was scheduled for the next morning. With no confirmed pickup details and no timely response, I had no choice but to arrange and pay for alternate transportation to ensure I made my international flight. The operator finally responded later that evening — far too late to safely rely on the service. This was not a customer cancellation. The service was effectively unusable due to lack of timely confirmation and communication. Despite documentation, a refund was denied. If you are booking airport transportation where timing matters, I strongly recommend choosing a more reliable provider.

Our group of 4 initially planned to Uber from Antigua to the airport, but we had concerns on whether we could fit ourselves and our luggage in an UberX, as there is no UberXL options. We booked with this company <24 hours before our flight. We were able to get a hold of them and they accommodated us accordingly with an SUV at our desired pick up time. Quick and effective transportation with being able to accommodate our last minute change of plans.

Great experience and will definitely use again. Booking with and through viator makes this very easy. You’ll get confirmation of your booking on the app. Plenty of time before your trip you will be messaged on whatsapp and communication is very easy. Super friendly and smooth drive. We barely experienced traffic in our case and the weather was pleasant. The driver asked us our ac preferences and helped us with bags. He was very informative. I’d refer to anyone because the ease of use, the great and nice driver, and it’s a safe affordable and private transfer to ease you.

Our driver communicated well the day before to let us know when we would be picked up. He was friendly and a good driver. The ride was comfortable and safe. Made it a lot easier to get to Guatemala City all the way from Antigua.

They pick us up on time right outside the bag claim. Rafael was helpful and professional. They drop us off right in front of our hotel and assist with the luggage. Thank you Rafael! Communication with the company thru Whatsapp was super easy.
