  We learnt so much from Viktoria on our tour, it was really worth booking and we learnt so much history and information about Pompeii. We would highly recommend booking this tour. There wasn’t time to see all of Pompeii with her but after Viktoria left us we felt knowledgable enough to walk round the rest on our own. We are a family of four with older teens and they loved this tour too. Viktoria was great at communicating before meeting up and she helped make our trip to Pompeii very special, thank you! If you are looking for a private tour to make your trip special & learn lots then this tour is for you.

  We had two days of 4-hour tours in Naples and Herculaneum/Pompeii for a group of three, conducted in parallel in two languages, Ukrainian and English. Viktoria planned everything very well — from parking to time to “explore on our own” — and was flexible in adapting to our spontaneous ideas, such as stopping for coffee or taking a restroom break. Perhaps due to the limited time or our own lack of theoretical background, the tours felt somewhat overloaded with details (especially names), which were sometimes hard to process, and it didn’t always feel easy to interrupt with questions. A general introduction and a short overview of the tour — possibly even sent in advance — would have been very welcome. Special thanks as well for the help with recommendations beyond the tour itself, such as where to eat or where else to go.

  Viktoriya is a passionate and professional person. Absolutely suitable to pass on her passion for art and her city, to adults but also to children (who in following her never tired).   Vika is an excellent tour guide who is very competent, kind and has an extraordinary ability to communicate. He was able to convey to the whole group the great beauty and uniqueness of the Archaeological Park of Pompeii. With her enthusiasm she managed to involve even children aged only 6 to discover the Ancient Pompeii in a fun and interactive way by organizing a “Treasure Hunt” with map and clues. It made our visit a unique and memorable experience.... for adults and children. Thank you! Gabriella

  Exciting experience! We were many parents with many children. We could see everything that Viktoria showed us with great serenity and competence. He organized little treasure hunts. The children were enthusiastic and very interested. She is a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable, never boring and was instrumental in keeping the attention of the children alive. Definitely to be repeated for some other tour.

  This tour of Pompeii was an absolute highlight! Viktoria is a very warm and exceptionally intelligent woman who could really answer any question in an understandable way and with palpable passion. It led us to the most beautiful and exciting places in the city and drew our attention again and again to small details that would otherwise have been guaranteed to be overlooked – whether it was an inconspicuous graffiti, a special decoration of the ruins and streets or an everyday story from the lives of the inhabitants of the time:innen. The tour was lively, personal and inspiring – not a dry history lesson, but a real immersion in the life of ancient Pompeii. A tour with Viktoria is not just a guided tour, but an experience.   Alone you can already admire the beauty of Pompeii, with its bumpy streets and its wide Forum, theaters and villas, baths, temples, ruins consumed by time. But only with a guide like Viktoria will it be possible to perceive something otherwise elusive: the daily life of the inhabitants of the city, so brutally erased by the eruption. Through his story the city has come to life: we have learned and relived everyday gestures, beliefs and religion, customs, and contradictions of our ancestors, ingenious people in some ways very distant from us and our ways of doing things, but in other ways perhaps also more open and modern, as well as incredibly similar to us. As in a gigantic theater (the excavations are really extensive) the ruins of the city have been rekindled with ancient colors and decorations (many fortunately survived over the centuries) and have been filled with thousands of protagonists, each one cast in his own role: workers, noble patricians, slaves, street vendors, priests and prostitutes. For me and my girlfriend it was an unforgettable journey, which you can not understand if you do not experience it in person. Viktoria gave us clear directions to reach the site, once there she turned out to be very nice and cultured, listened to our curiosities and knew how to answer questions and involved us by asking questions to us; the tour was fun thanks to its dynamism that allows her to move through the excavations as if she were at home. What he taught us also allowed us to orient ourselves between the streets and the history of the city even after the tour was over, when we continued the visit alone. Highly recommended.

  Beautiful experience at the Pompeii ruins, made special by Victoria. She managed to involve young and old with an original and never boring approach. My 6-year-old son has always remained attentive thanks to the stories and tales with which Vittoria transformed the eruption that destroyed Pompeii into a sort of modern fairy tale, really making history live. A prepared, empathetic and very good guide with children. Highly recommended!

  A magnificent step back in time. Viktoriya, talented and super professional, has masterfully involved everyone, young and old! The children involved also with games and treasure hunts among the excavations, got excited and asked, intrigued, many questions. Tour for those with children (and not!) highly recommended!!!
