We will keep an eye on weather and bring you to the safest spots with the best fresh powder for snowshoeing. Our guides are knowledgeable on how to best avoid avalanche conditions and provide a safe family friendly adventure. We always check Colorado avalanche conditions for each area before bringing you out. Want a winter adventure your family will never forget? Look no further. All tours include a timed entry reservation when required, gear rentals, and 5 professional photos available for digital download. (Ask about our add-on package for more photos!) We will text you to build your custom itinerary after we receive your booking request.

You will meet your guide at the VC in Estes Park then follow them to the trailhead in your own vehicle.

After meeting at the Estes Park Visitor Center, we will park at the Wild Basin winter trailhead lot to begin our snowshoe tour. Transportation is not included.

Heather was everything that I could ask for and so much more as a tour guide. She was not only knowledgeable when it came to where all of the best views were and the wildlife, but she has such a great appreciation for it that makes her show it in the best way possible. She took many great pictures of me in front of these areas to help preserve the memories of being there. Then when we finished the tour ahead of schedule, she was sure to take me to two additional lakes because she knew what I was there for and what I wanted to see. It was approximately 27 degrees, windy, and snowing. Most people would have wanted to go home if they finished the tour early but she not only withstood it but she showed me the beauty of the snow blowing against the frozen lake. She equipped herself with three state of the art cameras to get the best pictures possible. I would recommend anybody, at any time of the year, take her tour as I would like to again!

We had an awesome tour with Rod who is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and all around great guide. We were able to see all the key spots throughout the park and having him guide us saved us so much time and effort. We did other tours on our own but definitely recommend a guide on this one to able to see it all in one day. We were able to avoid the most crowded areas to take advantage of the scenery. He took some wonderful photos to be able to capture the whole family in our outing.

We had not tried a drive-along tour before so were not sure how this would go but it was very good. Rod our guide was excellent with a deep knowledge of the geology and history of Rocky Mountains, even having samples of rock to explain the geology and how the mountains were formed. In particular Rod had a clear love of the area and was enthusiastic about everything he was showing us. We managed to get close to elk and mule deer and saw a large part of the park in the 6 hours, which meant that when we returned alone we were better equipped to explore other areas of the park that we did not reach in the tour. Overall a very good tour which I would highly recommend.

Stacey was not informative. We have been around the world with guides who never stopped talking about the animals, plants, water-ways and seasons of the place of interest we are touring. Stacey would answers questions, but often admitted not knowing the answers. We took this tour thinking we would learn from an experienced person and return again with enough knowledge to tour on our own. That was not the case, we will return BUT will search for an experienced tour guide.

Tara was our guide and she was fabulous. She was very knowledgeable in all things RMNP. We had a great time and I feel like we maximized our time in the park and got to see so much. We got some great photos and it is an experience that we will never forget. Well worth the money to have a private guide and you wouldn’t regret using this company! Very pleased.

Hiking in Rocky Mountains is really great experience. Thanks to our guide . Brooke is excellent and very knowledgeable about the park. This is our first hike, she is very encouraging and helped us a lot. Brooke went above and beyond. After seeing how exhausted (our first hike) we are after hiking for 3 hours, Brooke came forward with idea of dividing our 6 hr time over 2 days. That made lot of difference which helped us to enjoy our time in park thoroughly. Also, Brooke is an excellent photographer and captured some amazing pics that will make our first hike even more memorable. Highly recommend .

Enjoyed learning so much about the park. The guide, Ranger Rod was very knowledgeable and shared some of what he knew. my favorite new thing were the tansy asters😀 would recommend the tour.

Rod was a great tour guide around the park. We enjoyed his knowledge on the geology and history of the park along with his sense of humor. I asked for doing things off the beaten path and he certainly made that happened. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

Jessy provided a customized tour that went way beyond our expectations. She was very accommodating and so knowledgeable about the area. I would book another trip with her if we get the chance to come back hopefully with some snow this time. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants individualized service Great job Jessy.
