5.00I used this service to get my elderly parents from the airport to Red Hook. Their driver, Adrienne, was excellent before and during the transfer. She even gave them a bit of a tour on the way. She kept me up-to- date on everything, and I truly appreciated it. She was very quick to respond to email and text. I highly recommend her services and will definitely use her again. Thanks again, Adrienne!

5.00Best service I’ve had in st Thomas! She was very punctual, kind, put my worries at ease since we were here during hurricane and answered every text I sent her within moments ! I can’t recommend her enough she was fantastic!

5.00Adrienne is exceptional . Her communication throughout was top notch . She picked us up at the airport, was on time , everything was coordinated seamlessly. Her vehicles were all spotless . Most of all everything and everyone she recommended to us was of the same caliber . When you travel having everything be seamless and being greeted with such kindness and professionalism , lends to all worries being taken away so you can truly enjoy paradise . I have saved Adrienne’s number as we will be back and she will be my first call ! Thank you Adrienne !!

5.00A first class service for our return trip from the Cruise port to Coral World. Our two drivers - Ken and Jermaine were friendly and polite. They were both good drivers and we felt very safe with them. The vehicles used were of a very high standard and Ken didn’t even complain when we got sand in his! The price for 5 of us for a return trip was very reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending this company if you are in St. Thomas and need a taxi journey. Thank you.

5.00Adrienne was amazing! From the beginning, she was easy to reach and consistent with communication. She was very thoughtful and kind, giving guidance and suggestions as I planned the details for my friend’s bachelorette. I had never been to the islands and she was able to provide suggestions for activities and getting around even if it was not necessarily using her services which highlighted her dedication to providing a quality experience. Her driver, Ken, was so great! He became a part of the girls trip as well by the end of the week. Great communication. Prompt for pickups. He gave us advice on safety and even education on the island, its history, and his experience living and working there. The vehicles used for service were always well maintained and clean. The tv in the van was used for several karaoke trips! Highly recommend using their services for your next trip to St Thomas.

5.00I had a great experience with Virgin Islands Platinum Services on a recent trip to St John. VI Platinum Services provided an easy, efficient and comfortable (very nice SUVs and great air conditioning) for the trip from the airport to the Redhook ferry. Great communication and service.
