Your local street food guide, who has a huge passion with Vietnamese street food will pick you up at your hotel by taxi then leave the tourist area behind and start your food adventure to non-tourist district, a street food paradise, while tasting ‘Banh Xeo” and “Banh Khot” – The Central, and South’s rice pancake with a lot of fresh Vietnamese vegetables. Stroll along a street known for its barbecue seafood vendors and head to a local-favorite restaurant to taste the best "bo la lot" (beef in wild betel leaves) or "banh canh Trang Bang"- special pork noodle soup or thick noodles soup with codfish pie which is the speciality from Street Food Man Vinny’s village. Your immersion in mouth-watering food continues as you head to the alleys of food in the heart of street food district and sample a tasty “bot chien", Pan - fried rice cakes with egg and spring onions which is cooked by a local chef with over 25 years experience and then quench your thirst with a sugar cane juice mixed with a little orange. Next up on your food adventure is Banh Mi - Saigon Baguette. You will experience the perfect fusion of 4 delicious flavors just after the first bite. Walk into the heart of district 3 and discover the old apartments has the name Nguyen Thien Thuat, which is home to dozens of famous Vietnamese street food that will tempt your stomach. On the corner of Seafood alley, you will sit like the locals, and get munching, crunching, sipping and slurping BBQ seafood (if you are allergic to seafood, it will be replaced by BBQ meat). Have local drinks with Saigon special beer or soft drink, mineral water and homemade Vietnamese rice wine. Cap off your Saigon street food walking tour at the night flower market by enjoying an amazing dessert which is coconut ice cream, longan ice cream or flan cake with caramel and coffee. 5.00Lucy was the BEST guide — she helped us navigate the busy streets like pros and made sure we were eating just like the locals do. We tasted 9 different fresh and delicious street foods, each one better than the last! From savory bites to sweet treats, everything was so flavorful and authentic. One of the coolest parts? Visiting the 24-hour flour market! It was such a unique glimpse into the behind-the-scenes heartbeat of the city. Beyond the food, Lucy shared so many details about daily life in this vibrant, energetic city. We didn’t just eat — we truly experienced Saigon.

5.00Lucy was prompt at meeting us at our hotel and kindly organized taxis there and back - but we were able to walk the whole food tour in between. She was incredible - informative, kind, helpful and ensured we had an amazing experience sampling all the delicious cuisine. She thoughtfully explained each dish and even provided extra recommendations for our next city stop in Vietnam. Highly recommend!

5.00What a wonderful experience! Anna our guide was a delight to spend the evening with. She was informative and helpful and always attentive to our needs. A true ambassador for the company. The evening started with a taxi ride to our first stop and then an easy walk around District 3 sampling the culinary delights of southern Vietnam. A truly great evening thanks to Anna and her wealth of knowledge and endearing personality.

5.00This was an excellent tour. Our guide Anna was knowledgeable and friendly and by the end of the tour we had a much greater insight into Vietnamese cuisine and daily life. Communication between the company, guide and us was great from the start and Anna kept us well informed during the tour, she also was meticulous about our safety. The food was varied and we were shown ways to enhance the flavours of dishes with varied condiments. Anna made sure that my allergy to tomatoes was catered for and that spice levels were appropriate for each of us. Highlights of the food included the beef in bettel leaves, the scallops and prawns. But even the fairly humble banh mi was raised to new levels.of flavour. This was an excellent tour and a great way to get a better picture of the food in a country. Our guide Anna enhanced the experience by giving tips and suggestions. All in all a wonderfully to spend an evening.

Lucy was an amazing guide - she made a real effort to go above and beyond the food and also give us some great knowledge about Vietnamese culture more generally. The food was incredible - the kind of dishes I had never seen before.

5.00Our guide was very knowledgeable and navigated us through districts 3 and 10 we enjoyed eight different dishes none of which we've ever tasted before all of which were delicious! She shared the culture as well as the food and kept us safe from the marauding motorcycles all of which just added to the ambiance. We would definitely highly recommend doing this to her Anna was a wonderful God.

5.00We really enjoyed our tour. Vejo was an excellent guide - really doing everything he could to make sure we had a great time . He gave us loads of interesting information about Vietnam , Ho Chi Minh City and also an insight to the way locals live . The food was varied, so much of it and it gave us a chance to try many different things .the atmosphere in the city was great and we visited places we definitely wouldn’t have gone to without Vejo guiding us. Catherine was an incredible guide and host as we meandered through neighborhoods and across busy Saigon streets; she managed to not only keep us safe, but keep us captivated and our bellies full with great food and wonderful conversation. I was very happy with the entirety of our evening, as Catherine was inquisitive, informative, and insightful. Her vast knowledge of Vietnamese food and history made for a very enjoyable experience. 5.00We had a truly wonderful experience and would highly recommend requesting Thin as your guide. He was exceptional - warm, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local cuisine and culture. He took us to a variety of local spots we never would have found on our own and thoughtfully incorporated our dietary preferences into each stop. Every food choice was absolutely delicious, and the pace of the tour was perfect - relaxed and never rushed. Thin made us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience and even ensured we returned to our hotel safely at the end. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide!
