We had an absolutely unforgettable evening on the food and walking tour in Ho Chi Minh City, and so much of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Gigi. From the moment we met her, she was warm, energetic, and genuinely passionate about sharing her city’s food and culture. The tour struck the perfect balance between walking, eating, and storytelling. Gigi led us through lively neighborhoods and hidden alleyways we never would have discovered on our own, introducing us to authentic local dishes that were both delicious and thoughtfully chosen. Every stop felt intentional, and each dish came with fascinating context about Vietnamese cuisine, history, and daily life in Saigon. What really set Gigi apart was her ability to make the experience personal and engaging. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and it felt less like a tour and more like exploring the city with a knowledgeable friend. By the end of the night, we were happily full, had a deeper appreciation for Ho Chi Minh City’s food culture, and felt confident navigating the city on our own. If you’re looking for an evening experience that combines amazing food, local flavor, and a fantastic guide, this tour with Gigi is an absolute must. Highly, highly recommended!

Very disappointed they canceled tour 2 days before because of New Year's holiday preparations. This holiday is known a year ahead and should of been blocked out. This should be done for the following years so people won't be disappointed by booking.

recently went on a food tour in Vietnam and it was such an incredible experience! The food was absolutely amazing — every stop offered something different and delicious. From fresh street food to traditional local dishes, everything was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. It was a great way to try authentic Vietnamese cuisine that I wouldn’t have known to order on my own. The two tour guides were lovely, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. They shared interesting stories about the history of the dishes and the local culture, which made the experience even more special. They were also very helpful, always checking in to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. Their friendly and welcoming personalities made the whole tour feel relaxed and fun. I would highly recommend this food tour to anyone visiting Vietnam — it’s a fantastic way to explore the culture through food while being guided by such wonderful people!

Absolutely wonderful! Tessie/Nhung gave a wonderful tour with great local knowledge and easy conversation throughout the night. Vinny (owner) was incredibly accommodating when we asked for a last minute schedule change - easy and clear communication by WhatsApp. Great experience, highly recommend!

One of our favorite tours while in Viet Nam. Our tour guide Anna showed us all of her favorite hidden gems. Try the Bo la lot. Well worth the Michelin star review. The fish broth at our second restaurant was excellent as well. Anna’s food knowledge was greatly appreciated as well as her command of the English language. We tired right before the Tet holiday which was a crazy time. Felt well cared for throughout the whole process.

This was one of the most enjoyable parts of our 17 days trip to Vietnam. Our guide Vejo picked us up at the hotel and guided us through the gastronomic maze which is Ho Chi Mihn City. Vejo is polite, educated, funny and speaks great English. Food was great, pace of the tour well judged and not rushed. Vejo also stressed on safety which is a must in the big city. It was overall a really great experience, we highly recommend Vejo and his company.

We had Eugene take us around. He was excellent. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Our flight was also delayed. So we were late to arrive and he was very accomodating with the time change.

This was more than just a street food tour, absolutely first class, our guide Nhung (Tessie) was amazing, very knowledgeable, and really took great care of us, she went the extra mile to make this such a memorable trip. 100% recommend this trip, great food and a gentle pace, just would not have seen these things without be guided.

Eugene did an excellent job guiding us through our food tour. He took time to explain each dish, its significance, the ingredients, and answered many other cultural questions throughout our evening together. We walked between a few different restaurants and enjoyed seeing some sights of vendors which added to the experience. It was like joining a local friend and seeing how they live and eat in the city. Everything was clean and tasted delicious. We all liked all 10 dishes. Eugene made sure we felt comfortable with our diffferent dietary preferences. I recommend the tour to anyone who wants to learn more about the foods in Saigon from a local expert like Eugene.
