We begin each lesson with water safety, surfing etiquette, and a stretch to guarantee a fun and safe lesson. After warming up, we demonstrate the proper way to paddle and stand up on the surfboard, allowing the student(s) to practice on the beach before moving to the ocean. We then take the lesson to the water were our surf instructor works closely with the student giving a helping hand and step by step directions. Guarantee that the student is riding waves during their first lesson! Teaching until we have accomplished our common goal, we leave you with a smile and the new ability to surf!

5.001st timers. We had an amazing time. Jon Q, our instructor was great. He showed us everything we needed to surf and we all were up on the boards within a few minutes. Highly recommended! Great value.

5.00The instructor was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He had me, a brand new beginning surfer, up on the board surfing after only a few attempts! I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again to do some SUP and kayaking.

5.00Absolutely fantastic! The instructor was actually the owner and he was great with my 10 and 13 year old great-nephews who had never been on a surfboard. We chose the private lesson and glad we did! He was patient and worked with them on the beach, practicing how to stand, etc. When he thought they were ready, off they went into the water. It was fun to watch them gradually progress from barely able to get on the board to being on the board but falling before standing to actually being able to stand up for a period of time. They had a blast! I highly recommend these guys! Plus the owner took pics and sent them to us as well. Great guy and I wish him all the best of luck in growing his business!

5.00🌊 **5 out of 5 – Surf’s Up with Logan!** 🌊 My daughter’s private lesson with Logan at Kokopelli Surf Camp was totally epic! Even with the waves being a bit gnarly and the wind howling, Logan was super chill and kept the stoke high. She turned those tricky conditions into a rad learning session, and my daughter left totally amped to catch more waves. Logan’s surf skills and teaching vibes are on point. We’ll definitely be back to hang ten with her! 🏄♀️🤙

5.00The session was awesome. They were super communicative and even suggested we try a different day/time because it was more suitable for our kiddo and her size. Highly recommend and our kiddo had an absolute blast and got up after the third try.

5.00Awesome experience for my grandsons. The instructor Graham took extra time to help our younger grandson get out over the waves and made sure it was a great time for them both. The owners contacted us the day before to discuss better times and options for when we should go so the waves would be the best to ensure they could learn and ride the waves. Definitely something they will always remember.
Excellent Adventure! Graham was super courteous and professional. “ God made sets so old people could surf” A must do!
