  The operator did not show, and we were there for a 40th birthday and had requested a custom message on the sign that the operator agreed to. The experience was embarrassing and very inconvenient. The operator also was not responsive at first. Airport officials were also having trouble tracking them down. They did quickly refund me without me having to ask, which was a sign that they just completely forgot or didn’t follow through with what I paid for.

  Save your money, this was overpriced and not a good experience. We landed 10 mins early and ended up waiting over 40 mins for our driver and I had to call the company twice to see where our driver was. Meanwhile there are a ton of drivers waiting when you walk out of the airport that have nicer vehicles and are less than half the price of what this cost us. The SUV that picked us up was at least 15 years old, the transmission was making a terrible noise and the interior was falling apart. I can’t make this up. I felt like this was a total bait and switch from the posture they had online. Save yourself time and money by just getting a driver at the airport.

  Davon was great! Patient with the weary travelers, courteous and professional. Davon was on time to the minute. Viator representative was superb from the initial contact.

  Driver was waiting at the airport (no sign though) so that would have helped to quickly identify them. The car was very comfortable and clean and A/C was working. They did a quick stop at the grocery store (expect to spend $$, as some sizes available were larger warehouse club size grocery items). I arranged a ride back to the airport upon departure directly with the company. Be sure to get their number to do so.

  Since last summer (2021), Eric is our go-to guy for our travel needs in Nassau. We are coming to The Bahamas often to see family and handle business on a neighboring island and have to pass through Nassau to do so. From our first encounter, we felt like we could trust him. He was extremely helpful, polite, and prompt. We are planning a cruise with a bigger party this Fall and when we stop in Nassau, Eric will be a part of those plans.

• Upfront car services overpriced!!! Just get local service after arriving, very easy!

  The fact that they charge $95 when you can get the same service from a taxi at the airport for like $35 is criminal. This is what I hate when I travel- locals taking advantage of unsuspecting tourists and overcharging like crazy. Just get a service at the airport and negotiate with the driver (this is expected). You can get it for $35 to Baha Mar resort.

  Eric was a wonderful and Professional guide as he showed us around the sites on the island. I was unable to do a lot of walking because of my cancer. Eric was more than happy to take my husband and I around so that we could experience Nassau. His prices are very fair and reasonable. My husband and I very much enjoyed our tour.
