Very efficient service. Punctual at airport and hotel. Nice clean SUVs with beer and water. Solid communication throughout. Henry was a very friendly and professional driver. 2nd time I have used Cabo Airport Shuttle. Would not use anyone else.

My fiancé and I will definitely use this service again! Easy to book and fair price. Communication, pick up, and drop off were seamless. Chevy Suburbans were clean and air conditioned, and the drivers were extremely friendly and had cold beverages for us each for each ride. I did not realize our hotel was in Cabo San Lucas instead of San Jose Del Cabo, and the operator sent me a message prior to the trip letting me know they could still do a round trip service to and from the airport for us if we'd like, but I would just need to pay the fare difference upon arrival since our hotel was further out. 5 star service!

Great experience with this provider. They were clear with directions and easy to find at the airport. On our return trip home we received an email the day before explaining pickup and timing. The drivers were professional and helpful. Will use them again.

Wait time was more than expected. Was difficult to find check in under the umbrella with so many people. Waited approximately 30 minutes for a driver once checked in

They didn’t pick me up at the hotel to bring us to the airport … after I confirmed the night before ! Nobody to contact at 3 am in the morning ! For a 5:30 am flight departure ! I ended up calling an uber . .. then they e mailed me telling me the driver have an emergency ! Wish I can understand . But as a company they supposed to have a plan b . For emergency cases ….
