Online booking The customer makes the reservation through Viator, entering the following data: Date and time of arrival Flight number Hotel name or address Number of passengers Special requests (baby seat, Wi-Fi, etc.) An automatic confirmation is sent to the email with all the details. ‍✈️ 2. Preparation of service A few hours before the service: We verify the flight number to confirm the exact arrival time (in case of delays). The driver and the most suitable SUV vehicle are assigned. The driver carries a sign with the passenger's name or the name of the reservation. 3. Arrival at Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) The passenger lands and goes through migration and customs. In the arrivals area (main exit), the driver will be waiting with a custom sign. If the customer does not find the driver, they can call or send a message via WhatsApp (number included in the confirmation). 4. Luggage handling and loading The driver welcomes the customer, helps with luggage and escorts them to the SUV. Please check name and reservation for added security. Bottled water is offered and amenities (Wi-Fi, air conditioning, music, etc.) are confirmed. 5. Transfer to the hotel The trip to the hotel or resort indicated begins. The driver follows the most efficient and safe route, avoiding delays. During the journey, the client can ask questions, receive local recommendations or just relax.
