  If I could I would give 10 stars for this amazing experience. Hicks Wang Really went out of his way to allow me to experience Taiwanese culture, nature and history. Very knowledgeable was able to answer every of my million curious questions. Knew all the secret spots, photo hot places. Took care of safety, comfort and adjusted to every wish. Full of humor and kindness. The places we have visited were truly stunning and spectacular. Canon, river, sea shore and cliffs gave me to true experience of Taiwan variety. Even if one of the places in the itinerary was closed to look due to road works the guide made sure to compensate by taking me to even better view spots. The restaurant suggested was delicious and local - giving another glimpse of indigenous Taiwan people’s lives. And it was not pushed tourist spot but authentic and really tasty place. • Great Taroko Gorge Tour with Steven

  We had a great day with our driver and guide Steven. The tour started with a drive to Taroko Gorge. Although all of the trails and some of the roadways were closed due to earthquake damage, it was a very worthwhile trip just to take in all of its scenic beauty. We made several stops within the park for photos and did a short walk up to the temple. After a few hours, we went to Xincheng where Steven dropped us off for lunch at a noodle restaurant which was very good. Finally, the last stop was Qixingtan Beach with its grey pebbles and beautiful scenery. Steven was a great guide, and communication was very easy.   really helpful to go with a guide while Taroko Gorge continues to rebuild from the earthquake. We saw solo travelers unable to enter due to ignorance of the current restrictions. We were able to see many gorgeous points in the forest and HuaLien.

  Such a great day trip tour from Taipei. Our guide Steven communicated ahead of time and was very prompt on the day of the pick up. He provided the itinerary beforehand and gave us a rundown the morning of on our way down. Despite the national Park being closed in many places because of the earthquake from last year, our guy was able to take us to so many beautiful spots. We had enough time to take photos and enjoy the scenery. For lunch we went to an old street area and he gave us a lot of great recommendations about what to eat and made sure that we were all good. Super enjoyable all day trip with our limited time in Taiwan. Having a private tour with pick up and drop off from our accommodation was also a huge bonus because we were able to maximize our time. Highly recommend!

  An excellent day out. Well worth the long drives to and from Taipei. Our Driver / Guide, Junior was very helpful and knew exactly where to stop / park in The National Park. Many of the trails are still closed due to the 2024 earthquake but he was able to make it a great experience and we had time to walk / take photos and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

  The whole tour was convenient and hassle-free from pickup to drop off. Caleb was a wonderful guide and took my family to ideal spots for pictures. The weather was perfect and we had a memorial time.

  I 100% recommend this tour! Our guide was Paul and he was the best tour guide EVER, hanging out with him the whole day was a highlight of our whole Taiwan trip. The area is still beautiful too with the repairs going on, and it helps to go with a guide if you're thinking about doing it because of these conditions. • Taroko with YOLO’s Steven

  I went on the Taroko tour with Steven Huang, and he was great. He was informative, friendly and always looking out for my preferences. Everything was easy — from pickup, to sorting out meals and all of the photo stops. Note all of the hiking trails are closed because of the 2024 earthquake, but Steven made that up with a lot of stops for selfies. We also grabbed lunch at an indigenous Taiwanese tribal restaurant which is one of a kind. Five out of five stars!
