Senso-ji Temple
More than 30 million people visit Sensoji Temple every year from both Japan and abroad. Built in 628, it is the oldest temple in Tokyo. The most representative gate of Asakusa is the Kaminarimon Gate. In Asakusa, it is common to ride a rickshaw around the famous places, so you can see rickshaws all over the town. At Nakamise-dori, the approach to the main road, you can buy souvenirs filled with Japanese culture, such as Japanese sweets and tea.
Tokyo Skytree
Tokyo Skytree opened on May 22, 2012 and is the tallest tower in Japan, standing 634 meters tall. The name comes from the idea that a city that is friendly to both people and the environment will be born under a tower that resembles a large tree reaching into the sky. The exterior was created with traditional Japanese architectural design in mind, and uses the traditional Japanese color indigo (a white with a slight bluish tint).

5.00We had a fun day exploring Tokyo with John! We were fortunate that when our driver had a family emergency, John stepped in on his day off to pick us up and show us around Tokyo. We hit the major highlights in John’s recommended itinerary: Sensoji Temple • Tokyo Skytree • Tsukiji • Imperial Palace • Takeshita Street • Akhibara • Shibuya Crossing Each of the spots that we went to was at our own pace and did not feel rushed! John was helpful in providing us tips on maximizing our experience while soaking up the atmosphere in Tokyo.

5.00We had an amazing day with John driving us around Tokyo, getting us to (for us) new and exciting places. John was a well of information, so kind and funny. 9 hours just flew by. This experince was quite unforgettable and is highly recommended.

5.00Michael was a very good driver. We all enjoyed the tour through the city of Tokyo. We saw so many things. Our highlights were the Temples. The Imperial Palace. Michael took us to a special location to see the Cherry Blossoms. It was a perfect weather day to sight see.

5.00From the time I booked this tour, the tour operator was communicative and accommodating. Our pick up from the hotel was smooth and we discussed the tour schedule for the day and set out for our tour. We were able to see so much more than possible if we were just walking. Our guide, David, was informative and a delight to spend the day with. He was flexible as we dealt with mobility issues with my mom and gave us the best experience in spite of our challenges. Tokyo is a beautiful city and David shared his insights graciously throughout the day. I would definitely book with them again should I find myself in Tokyo again!

5.00Wonderful experience where Jack, our guide, worked with us to create a bespoke agenda that included watching the unicorn gundam transform, seeing some shrines, and seeing so may of the major sights! What a treat. Highly recommend
